At the point of purchase, all disclaimers are clearly highlighted, including the note that digital gift cards are region specific and non refundable once issued. We always encourage customers to confirm their console or account region before completing a purchase to avoid this situation.
We understand how frustrating this can be and truly appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out to our team anytime for guidance before future purchases, we’re always happy to help.
