I have just come back from an amazing trip booked through Madhav.
I stayed in Miami for two days then went on a seven day cruise around the Caribbean with MSC Seascape, followed by four days in Vegas staying at the Luxor.
Thank you so much for arranging such a fantastic trip.
Everything went to plan, flights, accomodation, cruise it was all just perfect.
I will definitely recommend this company and I look forward to arranging another trip with
you again in the future.

Reliable company whose staff were always helpful and knew each others cases if the original contact was not available. Kritika gave first class customer service and was helpful from the initial contact to completion of the purchase. She was knowledgeable and was able and willing to answer my many questions. Our first time using Viva but will use again many times in the future.

Helpful staff at Viva Holidays and Cruises
We weren't disappointed with our recent trip to Marrakech and Agadir which we booked with help from Vaibhav at Viva Holidays.
For our second holiday Ramesh has been very thorough and answered all my queries. We now have a cruise booked for September!
I'm delighted I found Viva and can't wait to book again in the future.

My experience booking a holiday
Ruti was the person that helped us get the holiday we required, and nothing seemed to be a problem we changed the hotels they recommended to the ones we wanted and it was done quite promptly. The only thing I was disappointed at is that once she had sorted our holiday I was rushed to pay a deposit. I requested she send through all details so we could look and check everything was in place then we would ring back to pay a deposit. I was told we needed to pay deposit first and then she could send details with conformation of holiday if we did not do this the price could go up. Just felt she was being a bit pushy then, (I don't like that) she still had time to send details before she finished work that day. We did pay deposit and we did get conformation and all details of our holiday.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Had a good booking experience with Kritika to help us through the process.
We had a group booking of 4 people so everyone had many questions and she talked us through everything.
There was even stuff we forgot to ask or mentioned we needed after booking, and Kritika always responded.
Very impressed with the service so far, but we don't travel till November.
