Pretty terrible customer service
I ordered a stand and mic from Joby (part of VitecGroup) which I didn't need so I contacted them to arrange a return delivery and refund. They don't seem to have a proper returns process and I spent £12 posting the unopened item back on the 16th December. I hadn't heard anything by 6th January so emailed customer services - no reply! Sent a follow up on the 12th and got a response on the 14th saying they hadn't received my parcel and did I have proof of delivery. I emailed back with proof and then they 'checked' and they magically did have it. There wasn't a proper explanation other than 'Christmas', which seems pretty dodgy considering they admitted my parcel arrived on the 20th December but on the 14th they had no record. Would never use again, and a lesson to keep you post office receipts safe!
