Hey it’s me again, one of your many discombobulated customers, and oh look, my book still hasn’t arrived yet lol :’) I don’t want to be a Karen or anything but I ordered the ‘Burn after Writing Book’ in blue like a long ass time ago, probably when dinosaurs roamed Earth, and it still has not arrived yet. I would appreciate it if you could let me know where it is, hell, I would even appreciate you telling me if it’s still on this planet. I feel like you have already burned it, again, I don’t want to be annoying, just want to receive the order I payed for. Thanks, hope y’all are well and safe.

Horrible. Bought a book and never received it. Wish I woulda known before trying to buy it. I want the book or my money back!

0 stars, realized it was a scam after buying two books and seeing the word “scam” come up after typing in vitavosa on google search.. guess don’t buy anything from Instagram ads is a future tip for myself being that is where I ended up finding out about this company and product.

i ordered a burning book and i haven't gotten it yet they took ten bucks i tried to get to their website and no website to be found smh

Definitely a scam! Ordered a mystery kit back in January...I kept looking back at “status” . Then one day it said delivered(without further info) but it obviously hadn’t been. Multiple unanswered emails !

Scammed $20 for 2 books - multiple emails and no responses. Luckily I’m still within my time frame so I was able to lodge the dispute but they’re absolutely disgraceful after reading these reviews. I should have known better and done my research as per usual.

SCAMMERS. Ordered in February, said it was delivered on the 24th. Nothing came... what an absolute waste of money. Should be held accountable for this fraudulent crap. Dogs

Ordered the Burn After Writing book on February 17th, it is now April 25th and I still haven’t received it. I sent them 2 separate emails and haven’t heard anything. I wish I read the reviews before buying it from them.

Got hooked in when I saw the Burn After Writing journal and bought myself one. Never received it after months of waiting. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Saw their advertisement and ended up purchasing a Burn After Writing Book, its been months and it said it was delivered but I never got it, a complete scam it's ridiculous.

they’re stealing money from everyone. They advertised got a bunch of people to buy from them then disappeared. This is a federal crime and they should be arrested

Placed a $60 order and have reached out for help several times. I’ve been ignored and now their website isn’t even available to access ??!! I wish I read reviews before purchasing..... how can this company get away with this though??

They stole from me I ordered 2 for me and my friend and I tried emailing for my refund and still haven't gotten anything back. I'm reporting

complete scam. ordered the burn after writing book sometime in january, it’s now late april and nothing has arrived. seen it promoted all over instagram too and it’s fake

I placed an order on the 9th of February and it’s now the 20th of April. It says my order has been delivered but nothing came. I was in all day and I checked my neighbours to see if they received it by accident. Absolute scam. Do not order from here they don’t reply to emails either.

These dickfaces have scammed so many people and have stolen money to a point where it’s probably a federal crime at this point. I order a mystery kit in January for 22$ and its now April. I have not received a thing even though my order says delivered and i have sent countless emails someone needs to take this to court and find these people let the world know through the news casts not to use this app or online store wherever you see it its a total SCAM. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE YOU WONT GET IT BACK

Ordered the burn after writing book February 7 2021 and it's now April 19...still no book. I've sent 6 emails now over the 2 months and never got a single word back.
Now it's marked down as delivered but I've never received anything.
It's all a scam. Please avoid this site!

You can buy something but you’ll never receive it- contact email is actually just some random collection of letters and numbers

This is an absolute scam. I ordered my burn after reading book January 8, was told to expect it sometime early March, and now it’s marking that it’s been delivered and I haven’t received the product. I contacted the company with no response. Since it posted to my account in January, the delivery date makes it just outside of my bank refunding me the money.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME PUT OF $60 AUD. I HAVE RECEIVED NO HELP ABOUT MY PACKAGE AND HAVE REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSES.
