Our Jupiter 12’x8’ Vitavia greenhouse was delivered early once ordered. The high quality materials and instructions made the assembly straight forward which resulted in a strong and robust structure! I
was particularly pleased with the high standard of the materials! Aesthetically pleasing and now we are just waiting for the weather to improve to begin our harvest! Thank you Vitavia!

Had a mix up with delivery caused by the agent I purchased through,not Vitavia.After leaving a poor review Vitavia CEO got in touch with me and the problem was solved immediately.I have never had such a positive response from any company like this and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.The Greenhouse is so sturdy it will last for years.This is not a sell and forget you Company by any means.

We purchased a 6x8 Apollo with toughened glass in November 2023.

The purchase process was smooth and the installation by the official fitters was second to none.

Having moved to our forever home this year, my wife was looking forward to having a full year of gardening and now her dream has come true.

The added extras of the downpipe kit and auto vents were great additions and we can’t wait to get started.

Would recommend our Vitavia experience to anyone.

The greenhouse itself is nice (although I would second the comments about door catches not being very robust)
However, the service I received from Vitavia was extremely poor and very frustrating.
Essentially, some parts were not delivered correctly (wrong size pane of glass delivered and 'H profiles not delivered: they are for connecting glass but not mentioned anywhere in the instructions apart from on a piece of paper wrapped around them when they are delivered).
Instead of simply replacing the parts, the Customer Service Manager kept blaming my installers quoting 'poor installation' when it was impossible to install the window with the wrong size roof pane and to connect the glass/perspex correctly without the 'H profiles.
When they did finally concede that the parts hadn't been delivered, they suggested that I should have checked the delivery more carefully! So I was expected to measure each pane of glass and also to ascertain that I was missing parts that are not even listed in the instruction booklet!
They then quoted a figure that they were prepared to pay for my installers to finish the installation once the correct parts were delivered; this figure was based on a call out charge and 1 hour's work for one person (their own video shows 2 people installing the window!) This was what they said that their own network of installers would charge; however, when I suggested that they get their own installer to complete the work, they said that their people would not complete someone else's installation. I think this meant that they didn't actually have anyone who would do at the price they were prepared to pay.
In the end, I refused all payment since I felt so angry at their attitude.
Essentially, they kept trying to blame either my installers or me and were extremely patronising in their approach. It all left a very sour taste and I would never recommend using this company.

This is probably one of the best companies that I have purchased from with regards to customer care.
My wife and I purchased an Apollo 10x6 greenhouse and I erected it myself.
I contacted their help line via e-mail on 3 occasions for advice during the building process and received telephone calls within a very short period (2-3hrs)of time and was guided through the minor niggles I was encountering.
I can honestly say that I have not had this lever of care from any company that I have had to ask for assistance with any problems.

I purchased my greenhouse via Costco.From ordering to delivery I was informed throughout the process.The delivery person was helpful and put the boxes where I requested. The building of the greenhouse was straightforward and the instructions were clear.
I would like to add that I'm a 70 year old pensioner with poor mobility so I don't understand why there has been negative comments regarding the instructions. My best advice is to take your time read the instructions carefully and then read them again.
I would highly recommend this product and looking forward to passing a few hours growing my own produce.

Delivery was quicker than expected and good communication. Looks good quality but assembly instructions could be clearer. We had some missing glass but they responded really quickly and sorted it straight away. Very pleased with the customer service.

We've just finished building our Venus 3800 greenhouse from Vitavia. There were some difficult moments but we received the absolutely best possible service and patient advice from their Chris Crowe. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service kept informed with the delivery arrived on time . Greenhouse went together well also fitted the greenhouse base well worth fitting . Had some broken pains but emailed Chris and he replied back straight away and sorted it . Very pleased with my greenhouse and the service I received

I have recently dealt with Vitavia Greenhouses to source some spare parts. Their service has been excellent. They respond almost immediately, were innovative in ways to satisfy my requirements at the best price for me and took extra care to make sure my order was correct.

I bought the ida greenhouse a while back.
I was looking for a solution to present my plants in a beautiful way and to offer them everything they needed. This greenhouse has fulfilled a great part of that solution. my plants are doing fine and it looks beautiful in my interior.
Normally we would put such a greenhouse in the garden, but I though “let’s put it in the leaving room.”
Assembling it was quite a job, but with the clear manual it went smoothly. Now I can give my plants a controlled climate and enjoy my hobby everyday.

If I could turn back the clock, I would never have bought this Green Venus polycarbonate greenhouse. I had it installed by their recommended installers a week ago, because one look at the instruction manual told me this would be a nightmare to work out by myself.

The installers asked me twice why I'd bought polycarbonate as it was very difficult for them to put the thing up and install the glazing bars I'd bought as an accessory to add extra strength in high winds. They told me I'd never have managed to do it myself.

The polycarbonate sheets were left unsealed on both ends, so I can see that they're going to deteriorate quickly with bugs and green mould getting inside the sheets. The roof sheets didn't come down as far as the guttering, so that rainwater drips inside the structure. Lots of gaps and opportunities for water ingress at many points all the way round.

Four tubes of silicone sealant and three rolls of clear sealant tape later, and I've managed to reduce the effect of these structural issues, but rain still comes inside at all four corners, so I've still got work to do there when it dries out again.

Not impressed by the quality overall.

If you are looking for a strong greenhouse this one not for you!!! All greenhouse is so lightweight. Doors constantly following out there is no proper fittings. Really disappointed. Looks like made for kids. Wouldn’t recommend. All so this item I purchased from Costco but don’t let me add my review which makes me think that bad reviews they filtering 😡

Very pleased with my 6 X 8 Vitavia greenhouse.
Would recommend toughened glass as it is much safer if an accident happens.

I bought a greenhouse from Vitavia and run into a couple of difficulties in installation. I wrote to them explaining these difficulties and in no time they (Chris) telephoned me and run me through one of the issues which was solved. They telephoned me two additional times with great patience to resolve a problem with the door installation and it is now running perfectly. I cannot thank them enough for their customer support, a true exception in view of growing decline in customer support by different companies.

Excellent from the Vitavia team from order through to delivery. The greenhouse arrived on time and the driver was very helpful and gave me a few tips on the erection.
I erected myself which was fairly straightforward. Few tips use you tube + the instruction manual and take your time. It took me about 1 and half days total on my own and bi by bit got there without a problem.
Unfortunaly had a couple of broken peices of glass - no problem quick email (which was responded to by Chris within 1 hour) and the issue was sorted.
I would recommend this company for quality, price and customer service absolutely brilliant. Thank you

Our greenhouse is just as described & photographed and we are very happy with it. It’s excellent quality and we would happily recommend them.

Love the look of our greenhouse, the instructions were pretty poor and I’m surprised they don’t have YouTube videos to supplement their poor pamphlet, but most infuriating - hence 3 stars - is the rubbish doors. Not only do they stick, but they regularly fall off the top rollers/rail, which lets the whole thing down, dismally.

we bought a greenhouse from this company, once reaching the last box of glass, we found 4 broken panes, we e mailed, and within 1 hr , we had a response and phone call, letting us know a local supplier of glass, and asked if we could sort the broken panes. and send a reciept, which we have and they e mailed straight back letting us know funds are on the way, what amazing customer service and a pleasure to deal with

Greenhouse delivered bang on time 12th April 2022, so I set-to assembly, having prepared the base a couple of months ago. I'm an experienced installation and assembly engineer, but the instructions for assembly are next to useless! I spent much more time figuring out how to assemble, than I did actually assembling! The first real pain I came across was assembling the door; the self tappers supplied just weren't up to the job, that said, I found a work around. The bit I'm still having an issue with is closing the window, as the glass panel below it seems to be about 2cm too long. Two of my assembly colleagues double checked my assembly, and they can't figure out how to make in fit. I'll work on it! The glass panel above the louvre window at the back has no H-channel support, so is currently resting directly on the aluminium supports. I'm so glad that I ordered the reinforced glass, as I think single panels make the finished greenhouse look really smart. The greenhouse is secured to a Vitavia steel base that I will fix to the concrete base. Fingers crossed the structure is strong enough to withstand the next storm Eunace!!
