My Trizepatide was shipped Friday and…
(See update below) My Trizepatide was shipped Friday and did not arrive (hurricane) until Tuesday at 8 pm. No one has contacted me to say if a replacement is being shipped. It was affected by the storm, so please send a replacement shipment. I want to take a dose Friday 16 Oct in the evening.
UPDATE: a new bottle arrived Fri 16 Oct without issue. Thank you for replacing the one that was delayed in the hurricane.

I canceled with another provider because their communication was absen, both from medical and support. I contacted support teams at numerous other providers but only Emily from, vitastatak responded. I had several questions which she answered quickly and accurately. She is the reason that I proceeded. I did see some mixed reviews and would have continued my research, but Emily convinced me by her excellent communication skills. My product has arrived but I have not yet started so I cannot vouch for the efficacy of the medication. That will be reserved for another day. Thank you Emily. You deserve a raise!
