I ordered a blood pressure monitor from them on the 19th of September and heard nothing, they did not answer the phone or return my email. Fortunately, I paid for my blood pressure monitor through PayPal. When I realised this is a scam company I immediately contacted PayPal and raised a complaint. My money was refunded the same day. I have referred this company (registered name Blue Ocean ECOM Limited) to Trading standards via the CAB, and also to Action Fraud

Wish I had done this check before buying . Miss leading ad on this vital track bp monitor . No tracking info , no update , not even rated on Amazon yet it pretends to be ! Can’t contact this company , next time just save yourself time and money buy local .

The phone number that they provide says to call them back in 10 minutes and you call them back and the same message appears over and over again and I've attempted for 4 days straight. They took my money from my credit card and then had the audacity to say they can't find my order to refund my money.

Absolute scam!!! Ordered 2 weeks ago paid for next day delivery havnt had an email since. They dont return emails or answer the phone. Avoid avoid avoid full blown scam!

Do not trust it! I used AI to find the best blood pressure monitor, and it recommended this brand. The website was very convincing, and everything seemed legitimate, especially since I could pay with PayPal. However, it's been a week since I ordered it, and I haven't received the item or any tracking information. Unfortunately, it seems like a scam to me, so I've opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund.

I don’t know if this website is a scam or not, I suspect it is but if it isn’t their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Despite numerous emails and messages I have sent I’ve received zero replies and nor have I received any confirmation that the item I ordered is being shipped despite their assurance that it would be delivered in 2 days. I’m now taking steps to retrieve the money paid by credit card and have reported the website. My advice is do not touch them with a barge-pole. You can report them as scammers in the UK by googling ‘report scam website’ which takes you to a government site for that purpose.

Tens machine did not work. Tried phone calls, emails, chat bot and messages to organise return and refund.
This has been going on for more than a month and unable to make contact!
Raised issue with my bank for a chargeback, and received an email from my bank, to say that they would honour my refund request.
I am still unable to make contact with the company, and so this is back in the hands of my bank.
Unbelievably when I checked results on best tens machines this organisation is still number ONE.
Don’t go anywhere near them!!!

The packaging and the unit were in Perfect condition.
My older unit (Omron) readings were always higher than what the nurses at my medical provider were reading. This unit (Vitaltrack) is spot on with what the nurses reading are.
I am delighted with this purchase.
The model that I have is the U80EH This unit is not meant to recharge the internal batteries when connected to a USB connection. But I was not expecting it too.

Tried the product. It was very poor completely inaccurate at least for the calorie burn which was the reason for purchase. would not pair with my phone. tried to send back but the rep. just tried to give me a discount and kept on trying to sell me and not give me return instructions after asking him more than three times had to hang up experience worst ever in my life!! Also emailed three times. no response.SERIOUSLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! STOLE $$$ THEIVES!!! last try was 9/6/2024 STILL no response!

Poor after sales service
Cuff is fraying after low use. Contacted Vitaltrack numerous times for warranty replacement of cuff. No response at all. Very poor. Buy elsewhere

Purchased a tens machine in August. Wires have already come out of pads. Was happy to pay for replacement wires and pads but I’ve emailed them and left messages on their contact page where it says we will answer here or email you … NOTHING !!!! Do not order this machine you’ll have no working machine within a month !!! Shame on this company for abusing the already in pain !!!

Similar to other reviews, this company is impossible to contact. Paid for tracked next day delivery, no tracking details receive, phoned 3 times got the same try again in 10 minutes that did not work. Sent e-mail, no response.

I ordered a Vitaltrack TENS machine. When it arrived parts were missing. The font used in the instruction manual was so small that a magnifying glass was required to read it. Customer service does NOT exist. Numerous attempts to phone them failed - all I got was a recorded message that said they were busy, please phone back in ten minutes. Emails, their complaint form and message bot were also ignored. The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Do NOT buy anything from this company. Even the website video doesn't work.

The Vital Track TENS machine was rated the best on the market so I ordered one to treat my sciatica. It arrived the next day, but when I looked at the so-called 'Instruction Manual' I couldn't believe what I was reading...or more accurately just couldn't read because the type was so small and the diagrams so faint as to make it virtually unusable. Like other reviewers, I found it impossible to contact the UK company since every time you ring a recorded message tells you to ring back in 10 minutes 'and your call will be answered.' No, it won't. I then sent an online message requesting a callback which has never happened. It is supposed to have 3 AA batteries included but there were none in the box. Does this company actually exist? If it does, it should be reported to the Trading Standards Authority for a complete lack of respect for its customers. The website says there is a video to explain how to use it, but this seems to be a scam too because it's not on their website.
I have never had such appalling lack of contact and service from any company. It appears to be made in China but the manufacturer seems untraceable. I eventually managed to get it to work and await the results but I'm not confident after this experience. Avoid at all costs.

Received the order, the box was missing several items, 2 Electrode leads ( meant I could use it at all) USB C charger & several pads. Emailed, called several times, the recording says call back 10 mins as no staff, this has been third day in row same recorded message. Made contact through website too & no replies at all. Have now started the process through PayPal as getting no where. Avoid this company.

I'm amazed at all the awful reviews. I just ordered the VitalTrack Pro Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. It shipped in one day and received in 3 days. The product is great. It works as described and is more accurate than any blood pressure monitor I've ever owned. All my old ones have under read my pressure so I've been going around thinking my pressure is under control and wondering why it is so high at the doctor's office. The truth is, it is high and Vitaltrack is accurately showing me what it is and that I have an issue. I would buy from them again.

Yes I got scammed too, , I can’t believe it. Fortunately I purchased with barclaycard so hopefully they can get my payment back for me. Shame on the people that set these companies up I hope they get what they deserve

I bought a TENS machine from Vitaltrack because of a 9.8 rating given online. The operating instructions make no sense. I attempted to access the video through the QR code, there is no video. I sent emails and submitted requests for help through the website but have not had any response. I tried phoning numerous times however the voice message informed me that all their assistants are busy and call back in 10 minutes, which I did about 5 times and got the same message. When trying to operate the machine I got a severe electric shock because I cannot operate it properly. The machine is useless and I cannot get any response from the company. Avoid Vitaltrack at all costs. As far as I am concerned the company is selling a product that is potentially very dangerous and do not provide any aftersales assistance whatsoever. An utter waste of money

Asked for a refund as it says on their website 30 days return Have sent 3 messages and emails Still no refund and cannot get through on telephone Will see if Paypal can get my refund
