Great delivery and excellent product, bit confused about different pricing, ordered before 31st January as said last day then went down even cheaper with an extra panel and free insulation kit.

We used Vision Spaces for our media wall installation and the aesthetic is fantastic! During the build process we actually realised we were one panel short and needed an extra one while the joiners were onsite - customer service went above and beyond to get the extra panel delivered to us at quick fast speed so the install could be successfully completed on schedule. I bought the kit in the Black Friday sale last year, we wanted to treat ourselves as we just bought our very first home. We had to wait a little while to get it fitted, but it’s now fully fitted and it’s absolutely stunning. My uncle is an electrician so luckily for us he could help with the electrical side of things but he also put it up for us. I won’t lie he said it was quite tricky to put together on his own, especially the cabinet. But I think if there’s two people it would be easier. I’m so happy with it, the fireplace itself is lovely! I love how many functions it has.

Damaged goods, missing instructions and parts and the delivery company was seen struggling carrying long heavy boxes in my garage that had no door and brand new render that week - for me to come home and see that in two places the render bead had been smashed in two places and cracked. And no one was willing to except liability unless there was video proof!!!! Great experience

After following the page on Facebook for sometime I decided to take the plunge and order a complete media wall, after waiting for it to be sent it arrived (delivery company are not the best) and I set about building it, once it was up I then decided I needed additional cupboards which I ordered and received. I has a couple of small issues which were resolved with no fuss whatsoever. The company have been amazing and their customer service has been noting short of that and if I needed another i would not hesitate in buying again from them.

After much consideration and several different quotes from places like sharps and fittingly, I decided to go ahead with vision spaces media wall bundle, including fire place unit. The beet decision! So impressed with the customer services, installation kit arrived 1 week after the order and the rest came exactly a week later at the very exact time provided. Everything was of good quality, and came together very well. Although installation instructions on the website were not accurate for a smaller unit installation it was not an issue for a professional carpenter. The only thing to note is that supportive boards for panels and tv board are not included. Not a complaint, just an observation if you are ordering. So glad we chose vision spaces. Unbeatable prices for great quality and hassle free process. Highly recommend

Reasonable price, delivery on time, relatively easy to build but you do need to have good DIY skills. Very pleased with final product and look. Great communication

I ordered Media wall Bundle Four with Fire and Premium Slats.
I was apprehensive about ordering from this company initially but after researching different on line companies I finally decided to take a plunge.
I took advantage of 20% discount and fitted my Media wall in January.
I ordered the sample pack first and went for the premium option.
From ordering to delivery communication was excellent.
Quality of the product was unbelievable.
Although Free installation kit was sent, I decided to use my own because of specifications.
This Media wall installation needs some Basic DIY skills.
I am overall extremely happy with the quality and product and would definitely recommend Vision Spaces to anyone who wants to build a Media wall.
