Worst visa service and no communication
I used VisaVistaGB for visa assistance and paid a fee on 30 October 2025. Since then, I have contacted them many times by email and phone but have received no proper response and no update on my visa application.
Their service has been extremely poor. There is no communication, no transparency, and no clear information about what is happening with my case. For a company dealing with immigration matters, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am posting this review to warn others and to formally document my experience. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to be very careful.

Unprofessional, specifically ignored behaviour after taking money no response. Different people Different words. Holding documents for many people . Rising Different questions about those, including myself who shared their personal documents . Are we safe ? Misuse of our legal documents like passport and other confidential information. Extremely unprofessional experience
Extremely unprofessional experience. This was my first visa application, and I trusted this consultant to guide me properly. Due to poor advice and lack of clear guidance, my visa was rejected.
After the rejection, the consultant completely stopped responding — no calls answered, no replies to messages. It feels like I have been blocked, which is unacceptable when a client has invested time, money, and trust.
Visa refusals are already stressful, and being ignored by the consultant responsible shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. I would not recommend this service to anyone dealing with an important visa case.
