Over 3 weeks to get a replacement…and totally unresponsiveness when I complain
Over 3 weeks to get a replacement credit card-still hasn't arrived even though this is used daily for business expenses. Have made 6 (SIX) long calls with every bad customer service glitch - dropped calls, no call backs, not our fault, promises unfulfilled and some of the worst hold music. Very very poor- especially telling me all Royal Mail's fault- nothing to do with us. Someone needs to get a grip on their customer experience. Just awful.
