Doesn't work.

Had two cards. Did not work at Apple or Amazon.

Seems legit, but I would not use this company on either side - buyer or user.

Would recommend avoiding.

I do surveys occasionally if they pay enough, and I got the message saying my "virtual reward" was a click away via a blue button from "reward [at] virtualrewardcenter.com".

I just wanted to check if this is a phishing or similar scam to harvest information, because it references the research team, but not which research project it was (so it's not 100% clear).

Site works, though. It takes you to the gift card code and forwarded me to Amazon, where I input the code, got my $100. I opened an incognito browser and checked my gift card balance and confirmed the balance was increased. Legit service.

Declines on every. single. thing...

Whats the point of a visa if you cannot buy anything?

Useless. I better get my money back.

While it's trendy to use two factor authentication or 2FA, if the company is too stupid, lazy, incompetent or just outright fraudulent to actually SEND the code so people at least log into their account, it holding my money ransom and not paying any interest.

When I want to make a purchase with a visa virtual card, I NEVER receive the code by SMS to confirm

The website is shitty, they are scammers. If you already paid, congratulations, you got screwed.

Received a $15 virtual card from Office Depot (if you spend so much money you get a free gift card) in October 2024. Cannot get it to work anywhere! I have tried online purchase, in store purchases typing in the info on a key pad, etc. Nothing works. I emailed Virtual Rewards and finally got a response after two days. They said the card has to be used for the exact amount or it won't work unless the retailer will take more than one type of payment. Guess I'll try that but it seems like more of a scam than anything. I'll update if I can get it to work. Good luck to everyone!

Recieved a virtual reward with $20 and I can't log in and it doesn't send out new password when you request a change. Worst website ever. No one returns emails or you can't even get through via phone it feels like a scam now

I received a $50 virtual reward card for a Subaru test drive and was unable to use it due to their numerous restrictions. Terrible customer service and impossible to reach anyone for help.

This company is total crap. I received an email that my reward was in my virtual account, but it wasn't. I got three different stories about why it wasn't there, now it's being looked at by an "escalation" team?! WTF.....this company needs to be investigated!!!

Similar experience as everyone else here. A reward card that is declined every time and every where I try to use it. A customer service token is required every time I contact support. After several unsuccessful attempts to use the card I have asked for a check to be sent to me as an alternative. Not holding my breath while waiting for a response. Update Jan 4, 2025..I was able to add the card to my Ebay account and did successfully make a purchase using the card. Unfortunate that it took so much effort to use it.

Would give a zero if possible. I received a virtual card for about $90. Everything was good but I had some difficulties redeeming so ended up forgetting about it. The card ended up expiring about 3 months ago, which is ok, becuase other companies like this you just call and they issue a new card, saying the card expires, not the money or the value. They refused to give me my money and issue a new card. No explanation given except we do not re-issue cards. I thought that was illegal to not give me my money? Use your card right away if possible or you will LOSE YOUR MONEY!! STAY AWAY from this card issuer, other ones are more trust worthy.

I received a $20 reward but when I tried to use it online I was unable to process it because it asked for the 3 digit code and there was no code on the virtual card.

Almost a scam with the slowness. Excuse is that it is busy but always busy. No other reward program take more than 24hrs. They take almost 2 months.

I cashed in 2 $5.00 ecards to amazon.com. I was told the reward would come in an email. I have never received the actual emails containing the rewards only the verification codes. I still haven't received them and no one wants to explain to me what happened to them. I checked all folders and there is nothing there. ONly verification emails and nothing else . I want my money. I have had nothing but trouble for the last few months when it comes to redeeming points. I don't understand why the emails with the rewards are not getting to me when you people say you have sent them. I am very disappointed and frustrated. As a senior citizen on a fixed income this is the only way I have to earn extra money.

BEWARE!!! If I could give virtualrewardcenter.com no stars, I would. From the first attempt to use the "virtual reward" to the poor and unhelpful responses of customer service, it was impossible to use the so-called "reward." Any MERCHANT who uses this gimmick is only giving a frustrating experience to their customer!

This Is A Stupid Virtual Card, It Has Way To Many Issues. I Need To Check The Balances On 3 Different Virtual Cards, And EveryTime I Type The Website In I Get A Message Saying “User Not Found”. And If There Is A Website On The Back Of The Virtual Card You Can’t Understand What It Says. I Also Had Three Other People Look At The Back Of The Virtual Card, They Couldn’t Understand What It Says As Well. The Government Needs To Close This Bank Down. receive any payment, this computerized website sent me a piece of plastic that is declined everywhere we tried to buy food for our religious family,

I press one star, but the real qualification is
minus five stars,

They are not responding to my complains,
they have already 45 days repeating the same thing
that they sent my complaint to another team,

any time we contact them it sounds we are talking to
a computer and not to humans,

they play too much games, when i email them we only get a robotized email saying:

After 43 days spending money on internet access plus extra time to prepare emails for them they
finally mailed me July 16, 2024 /Tuesday a piece of plastic with the VISA logo,
then to activate it on their website we had to provide
sensitive/personal private information,

Yesterday July 17, 2024 wednesday we tried to buy food in local supermarkets in new york and we had an embarrassing incident after another one when
all of the DECLINED the piece of plastic for not having any funds to pay for the groceries,

They has to pay us a small amount of $200 an
we already spent more than $200 US Dollars trying
to obtain the payment from them,

We are a religious family and we never had a extreme
situation like this one, its a contradiction to see how this people spend huge amounts of money by renting
very expensive commercial real estate in Midtown Manhattan, at least $200 per square feet, and they do not have $200 to pay participants of their focus groups, please see below emails from this people:

If I had known I'd be paid for my Sago study through Virtual Reward Center, I would've chosen a hard card 1,000%. I was notified today to redeem my digital card to which I did and when directed to Virtual Reward Center to login and "choose my card", I found no card, nothing...well actually something: language choice, change password and log out. NO WHERE is there anything about my profile or digital card. I love Sago for the study opportunities but I can't believe they are using these guys for compensation. SMH. Sad...hopefully, they do the right thing and get me paid. Even if they do, I would still only rate this 1 star or less, because I've already lost an hours time trying to get funds earned online.
