The car was returned promptly , unfortunately in a disgraceful condition the whole care was covered in dust so much so we had to use screen wash back and front to be able see, dirty boot marks on passenger front side, head rest completely pulled out to the max, the dash setting had been altered and the radio station changed. Have used them several times but not sure we will again.

Friendly and efficient company. I accidentally left my credit card on the gear stick console of my car at Bristol Airport recently. When I contacted VIP Wolf, shortly before boarding my flight, and explained what I had done, they immediately checked the car and placed my card in a safe position. Many thanks.

Given other reviews, we were rather nervous of using this company but we had an excellent experience. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and car returned to us by the time we got to the drop off carpark. Polite VIP staff. Overall, no issues and great value for money.

Maybe people are more motivated to write a poor review due to bad experiences rather than a good review when things go well!

Had to cancel my booking, as per there so called t&c's. No response from my email, had to get PayPal involved to get my refund. AGAIN DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Awful customer service. Called them twice to inform them of our arrival, then greeted by a rude and patronising man who complained that he had to wait 5 minutes. Not a pleasant man at all.

This company should be avoided.
They refuse to answer my cancellation request and refund money owed. They are a scam company.

After reading lots of reviews I was worried, i have now been using this company for 2 months every week while travelling to Europe for work and I must say I can’t fault them, slight bit of mud in the car but the service has been that great I would not take a star away for that alone.

I found this company to be incredibly rude and not customer focused whatsoever. Yes, I was running late getting to the airport, however, I phoned well ahead and was told to give them an exact time of arrival. Their pick up drivers are trying to avoid excess charges at the drop off point (fair enough) but there are basic standards of courtesy one should expect. It was the same for the trip back; extremely rude, dictatorial attitude that I felt was totally uncalled for. It was almost as if the guy on the phone wanted to argue with me unless I did EXACTLY what he said to the letter.
I will not be using them again. The experience was so bad that I feel as though I have to warn others.

Lost my new Mercedes never use again. Always used vip parking also always recommended them. Service always good. This time however what a sham. Contacted them on arrival, after 15 mins was rung back to say my car was in the car park. After looking all around the car park I found the young man who picked our car up, I asked where was my car he said he was sitting in it to discover it wasn’t mine. Phoned to ask where my car was only to be told I never booked with them he then put the phone down. I was horrified after 1 and a half hours and several of my phone calls being put down I said I was calling the police to report it as stolen. I received my car from them but will never use them again

Not worth a penny

Waited neally 2 hrs for our vehicle to be brought to us. When I called they actually shouted down the phone at me. Poor people dropping there car off had to run to get there flight. Not worth the risk.

Scandalous outfit. Don't go near them. Overbooked and over committed. Car return took nearly two hours. The excuse? 'We're busy'. Completely taken aback by the arrival of several scheduled flights? Do me a favour. Waste of time.

Left our vehicle with them and they caused over £2000 worth of damage and used the vehicle for personal use and to pick up other colleagues from the terminal., we have all of this evidence on a dash cam.
We contacted them about this and they have ignored us and now we have to take the company to court to recover the costs!

This disgusting company are allowed to operate because? These parasites would not respond in a positive way about my missing item from my car. In fact they don't respond, except by calling me a liar over the phone as to why my item was missing. Unbelievable ignorance and they have no idea how to treat people with courtesy. This company should be shut down with immediate effect and they have fake positive views. These parasites should be investigated

Plus side. Arrived as planned. Everything looked fine. On return rang said be 10 minutes. Car arrived and well can see its been parked in a field. Its a white car but came back brown. Full of mud inside and out and no care whats so ever as it did not belong to them. Made a complaint which is now 3 months and nothing. Booked with park and go and both parties just want the money and dont care about the customer. Yes cheap but get what you pay for. Please beware.

DO NOT use this company. On return of my car the Apple AirPods I had forgotten to take on holiday had been stolen. When I contacted the company they totally dismissed this and were not interested. You have been warned, whatever you do go elsewhere. Thieves!!

The drop-off and pick up were easy BUT when returned there was a scuff all along the side of the car. DO NOT USE.

I left my car with vip parking at Bristol 24/12/2021 . The car had been valeted before hand . On my return 31/12/ 2021 . The car came like it had been in a off road rally race it was covered in mud all doors bonnet even big lumps of mud on back passengers window . The driver footwell carpet absolutely plastered even on inside of door cover . Be warned I won’t be using again disgraceful

They damaged the bumper on my brand new car. The car was returned absolutely stinking as if someone had been doing doughnuts in a field. It was so dirty I had to go through the car wash twice! Avoid this company!

Used VIP Parking Bristol for the first time 22 December 2019 and the whole experience with departing and returning was seamless.

I tele ahead of time as instructions on both journeys and the driver was there to greet us. We had an hours flight delay on our return visit and I text ahead to let them know.

We are using them again for our holiday in March 2020.
