For me, it's all about backing your product and Viper-tec does exactly that. They have a lifetime guarantee on any of their products and when they say lifetime they mean it. About a year ago I broke the blade off of one of my Viper-Tec knives contacted Viper-tec to Purchase a replacement blade and they didn't just replace the blade they replace the entire knife. Free of charge. No shipping charge nothing. And then two days ago I wanted to buy another blade and asked for an invoice and I received an email stating that they were sending me a One time, complementary blade and it's already been shipped. So I contacted them and let them know that they had already replaced my knife and that I would be more than happy to pay for the new replacement blade. But that was not the case they refused, and said that it was fine this is what they do and they're happy to do it. this is VIP service and every level Viper-tec goes above and beyond what customers can expect. Thank ~You Viper-tec I am a customer for life.

Vipertecknives.com is a Crap company. Consistent shipping delays always with COMPLETE BS excuses. An otf can have the parts "handle sorted" (lol, they can't even manage to be competent and professional enough to spell check their copy/paste excuses much less intelligent enough to get such simple language correct in the first place) and assembled/quality checked in MINUTES yet they write countless emails at you carrying on about how it's this terribly complicated, lengthy process and use that dishonest nonsense excuse for taking WEEKS to ship. AT *ALL TIMES OF THE YEAR* THEY DRAG THEIR AS*ES AND FAIL TO MEET THEIR PROMISED TIMELINES, YET AROUND HOLIDAYS THEY *PRETEND* ITS NOT A CONSTANT FAILING AND ADD "BUSY HOLIDAY" TO THEIR BS EXCUSES.
Never again with these sloppy, lazy, unprofessional Liars and scumbags.

I have a feeling that they're like many other crappy, dishonest companies that pull the stunt where they "stockpile" placed orders until meeting bulk order thresholds, then air ship from Chinese suppliers in cheap bulk lots that are then sent out once they arrive stateside, which is ACTUALLY WHY all their orders CONSTANTLY take in excess of two weeks before being shipped...

Rule of thumb: if a "U.S" company states 1-3 days processing up front but then in other spots in the fine print asks for 21+ days CHANCES ARE you're just dealing with a middleman bringing in goods from China and doing their best to hold you off with illegitimate, dishonest excuses to buy time and avoid charge backs after 1-3 days processing turns into 2 to 3 weeks. The last email was ridiculous.
They supposedly didn't even know whether or not my order had shipped so they sent an auto email that "if it didnt ship yet" its because of holidays, "handle sorting" the parts, and assembling them. But as I mentioned, this is a CONSTANT, year round, issue so CLEARLY The "holidays" have nothing to do with it and neither does the 5 minutes (literally) that it actually takes to piece these products together, WHEN YOU ACTUALLY HAVE POSSESSION OF THE PARTS YOU CLAIM ARE IN STOCK. The ONLY thing that adds 2-3 weeks is holding off to order bulk lots from China once you've already been paid and then waiting for your air freight to arrive.... Try denying it...

Ordered a knife over a week ago still hasn’t shipped and they don’t answer their phone or multiple emails, I most likely got scammed, stay away from this shady company! I believe they are affiliated with “blade city” as well, stay away from both these junk companies
