Basically, I don't have anything to add to the other 5 star reviews. Terry moved some stuff for me from the UK to the Netherlands. He was polite, friendly, flexible, thought along with me, his price was fair and he delivered when he said he would. I would certainly use him again and recommend his services.

Moving to Bulgaria was made incredibly easy. All my inquires were promptly answered. Their price was lower than the competitors. They showed up for collection exactly as arranged. The boxes were delivered at the time promised. Could not have asked for a simpler, smoother, or better experience. I 100% recommend.

I can not recommend the services of Vipcouriersbg enough. Terry moved our household items from the UK to Bulgaria. He had problems on route which he went above and beyond to resolve without any fuss. Absolutely a first class service. Should I need to in the future, I would definitely use this service again. Brilliant job, well done!

Vipcouriersbg is a very professional courier service, the management is very supportive and understanding of all my circumstances and situations.
It was a cheerful and happy experience for me.
From the moment I had made contact with the company on What's app, immediately all my questions were answered.
On arrival, the professional/casual communication made me comfortable with my things being taken with the courier.
All items are weighed, so I knew exactly what my total price was.
And it's the honesty of knowing that even if you originally wanted more space because you was not sure how much you would need, your belongings are professionally justified in weight and you can see that as you are part of the process.
Also you are given the price for an additional labour hire, which is a good price and worth making sure your belongings are unloaded well and safely. (which mine were.)
The tracking system is updated regularly, and you are informed immediately when your belongings have been settled in the final destination via what's app.
I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for the way things were handled, transported and managed.
This is a very professional company, you would be wasting your money if you did not use them 110% They go above and beyond!

I entrusted my mothers estate to this man and he delivered.
He packed up my mums house in UK and delivered it to my door in Bulgaria.

Unfortunately, I was ripped off by the company he used to work with.
He left them behind.

Now he is a stand alone business, with ONLY the interest of his customers at heart, NOT his pocket!!

This guy is "The Dogs" and EVERY other 'transporter' in Bulgaria, need to watch and learn.

Terry transported our motorcycle from Bulgaria to Switzerland. Incredibly professional and kept us updated throughout the journey. Our bike arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Excellent communication, and the entire process was hassle-free. Highly recommended.

I met Terry two years ago when he moved all my belongings from UK to Bulgaria. Everything went so smooth and his timings were exact. I then used his services again to move some personal back to the UK. As always Terry went above and beyond what was expected. I will continue to use this outstanding service and have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his staff.

Terry is a wizz! Picked up 20 suitcases in about 20min on Wed, I flew out following Tuesday, 10.00am all my stuff turned 15min offload.
