Atrocious. Vinyl Warehouse sent this parcel to the wrong postcode and I had to pay £4.99 for 3-day delivery - which they advertise as Royal Mail 48 hour dispatch. They also need to make next day delivery offer clearer - this is a premium service which costs even more, not the standard/default availability as suggested on their website.

*Update* 6 days later - still don't have the goods. Emailed to complain and then they blocked my email address so I can't request a refund. Absolute joke company.

Just placed my 2nd order. First order was seamless! Fast delivery, great communication and really good quality products. The prices are great too. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Ordered 3 types of vinyl, they all came super thin 0.01mm or something, they are thinner than scotch tape, you can see through them, if you plan on buying white vinyl, then better make sure you apply it to a white surface, preferably glass... Because it is so thin, even the slightest hair strand will ruin your project.
I totally wasted £115 on vinyl from this company as I have to apply a second layer from a totally different source of course.
I wrote them an email on how ridiculous the quality is and that is way below my expectations. They totally ignored me, no reply what so ever. Plus+ they nerver gave me any update on the order during the process... I will most likely speak to the bank as I feel like I have been ripped off as I need to buy from another source again... 115£ might not seem much for a company but it sure it a lot to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I didn't take the time to write a negative review because of boredom. It will affect you financially and they won't care, they'll just ignore... Another customer.
.. better buy from Amazon or something that gives you reassurance of quality.

Shocking. I ordered my items over a month ago, +£4.99 postage for 3 day delivery. Immediate automated email to confirm order is 'processing'. One month later, no goods have arrived. I have attempted to contact them numerous times, no response at all. Order still shows online as 'processing'.
Their website states they are 'operating as normal' throughout the pandemic...if 'as normal' is this bad, you should definitely avoid. They still have my money, don't let them take yours!

Amazing customer service and was really accommodating when the post got mixed up. Sent new orders immediately, I couldn’t recommend more!

Arrived really quickly and really easy to install

4 stars as I had a problem with initial delivery, BUT this was quickly sorted when I emailed them. Good communication, and the product was very easy to work with.

Ordered 15 metres of vinyl on Sunday 21st June, paid £15 to get it delivered quickly expecting it to arrive at least by the following weekend. The weekend came and went, no vinyl and no emails to say it was out for delivery. Emailed the company on Sunday night (28th) to see if they could tell me what was happening with it or could they provide tracking details. Received a reply from them on Monday evening to say the product was out of stock and that they were hoping for a delivery this week and would contact the warehouse on Wednesday and update me. I replied to the email straightaway to say if the product had have been out of stock on their website I wouldn't have ordered it and waited over a week for it to arrive without any communication from the company whatsoever. I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded, it's now Wednesday evening and I'm still waiting for a reply. Diabolical customer service! I know deliveries are taking slightly longer in the current situation but if the product wasn't in stock my order shouldn't have been taken and if I hadn't contacted the company myself nobody would have bothered to tell me.

Purchased some vinyl to wrap my kitchen worktops. Quick delivery but disappointed in the quality. Vinyl quite thin and not at all sticky compared to another I had bought from another company. Have applied but will wait and see if it stays put. Emailed company but no reply as yet.
