I ordered a digital pattern for the first time but was confused about a seam line that didn't seem to fit and contacted them about the issue. They replied very fast and then invested time to investigate the problem and were very helpful in clearing it up (it was entirely my own misunderstanding ;-). Their customer service is absolutely great! Highly recommended.

What can I say other than this shop beats them all. I had a little difficulty downloading my pattern as I’m not really computer savvy. I messaged them and within 15 they replied with the help I needed. The customer service I received was second to non. Well worth a visit as they have a huge catalogue of beautiful patterns.
