Disappointed
Made an second order for wine after having received good service the first order, had message to say it was being delivered at 11.20 then a message from carrier to say it was no longer being delivered and to contact Vinitas. Apparently it had been damaged in transit, fair play they have an agreement not to deliver damaged package, so i contacted Vinitas who told me I have to wait 72 hours before they will confirm a refund just 8n case dfd deliver it damaged, I emailed them after this period then 24 hours later they tell me I can have a full refund in14 days , so they have had my money nearly a month and I have no wine, won’t recommend them and wont use them again, shame really as I really loved the wine I had in the first order.
