I will never purchase outdoor patio chairs from this company, let alone recommend their product. The foot leveling on these chairs failed after a short period of time. There is no way to install new inserts, Customer Service does not offer replacement parts. The quality of the plastic deteriorated on one leg, then the whole nut assembly fell out, I can't attach the leveling foot to the nut. A lop-sided chair is worthless at this point. Sad, pathetic, unresponsive Customer Service. Buy US made produts.
Where can I start ! This outfit deals in inferior low quality rubbish , it's virtually impossible to return an item , I ordered a garden pergola big mistake I was delivered 2 I tried to return one only to be told I had to pay for the return , I also had money taken from my account to pay for the extra one not ordered and return postage , I tried in vain to return the rubbish item scanned bar code etc but no address came up to return item no refund offered if you value your sanity avoid this company or anyone who offered there services at all costs
I’ve spent more than two weeks trying to obtain simple replacement parts for this cleaner. I provided photos, the Amazon order number, and a clear list of the exact parts needed. None of those details were addressed in your responses, and the final message I received was a generic warranty script that did not relate to the actual issue.
Since no meaningful support was offered, I have posted factual reviews on Amazon and Google describing my experience. At this point, I am closing the matter.

Edit: After seeing my review on Amazon, they gave me a full refund.
Ordered a fireplace. First insert was very noisy and kept shutting off. They shipped a second one that smells like something is burning. After asking to be refunded I was told to disassemble and send it back. I have no way to package it and ship it back.
Ordered one item and received another. No communication, no way to get in contact. Can’t be trusted.
Arrived quickly. Problem, broken plastic piece that fits on the base arrived broken. Contacted company they wanted pictures. Provided pictures, next received email saying it didn’t effect performance would I accept $5 off. It just looks bad. Customer service not good.
We bought several VINGLI 20x10 tents for our high school non-profit band program. They were perfect at first, easy setup, sturdy, and provided much-needed shade for our students during long competitions in the brutal Texas heat.
After only light use, one tent’s locking mechanism failed because the internal spring fell out. I contacted VINGLI, explained that these were used by a school program with a very limited budget, and even provided our Amazon order number. Their only response was that the “warranty period had passed,” and they refused to send a replacement part or frame, only offering a small % off another tent.
It’s disheartening that they knew these tents were being used for students in extreme heat and still wouldn’t help. A great product shouldn’t fail after a few uses, and a good company should care enough to make it right. Unfortunately, VINGLI doesn’t.
Bought a lawn roller from VINGLI and one side of roller had a knob defect. I just sent them the issue so let's see how we'll and how quickly they respond.! ILL reevaluate my review if they replace this item and since I'm quite a distance from any UPS to see if they have UPS pick it up at My residence! Part 2 soon.
Went from one star to four stars because customer service has come on strongly. They attempted to rectify it on their own but didn't have the part. So they paid for me to order the part on Amazon which I did. Got it the next day and All is resolved. Problems happen in life. They helped to solve their problem in a rational thoughtful and nice way. That means so much in today's world.
Here is my old review before we resolve the issue.
Bought the 14 ft pool reel set. Missing a part. Contacted them and they asked for more information which I provided. No reply after that. Took hours to set it up and no way I can repack it to send it back. Easier for me to go to hardware stores and figure it out. Just not a good experience.
I received an incorrect piece to a bathroom shelf. They were unable to resolve and did not offer a workable resolution. Product ships from China and is a one time set up item, not designed to be moved much or unassembled
