I asked them help me exit a complex bridging loan.
They assured me they could do it.
I spent over a month going over everything with them, giving very detailed accounts intos the 2 securities that needed mortgaging.
They then decided they couldn't help and went on the defensive, accusing me of not being transparent with them!
Now they are not returning my calls or emails.
Very unprofessional company!

Vincent and his team have been so helpful throughout my property journey. With their quick response time and knowledgeable team I was able to secure a fantastic property.

Avoid the company. They don't do any due diligence on any paperwork you send them that they request. The broker made me pay surveyor fees several times only for the lender to come back to reject because paperwork didn't match with lender requirements even though the brokers said everything was fine. When they don't think they can help, they avoid your emails, calls and messages. Still waiting for amended surveyor documents to be sent to me as promised but again ignoring me completely. Left out of pocket £3k and 6 months wasted. Do not deal with Liam, Matthew and Jack.

This is one the best mortgage services I have found so far. Last year we needed to remortgage our one of the investment properties. As we progressed remortgage got into variety of legal complications. At one stage we decided to cancel the mortgage application but Darren & Matthew at Vincent Burch are such clairvoyant gentlemen that they kept it on hold for a while. Later on we realised that only the mortgage deal Matthew found was the best and upon request it was further revealed that we had still some time left with that original application. We immediately started wheels in motion, meanwhile Darren kept everything on top with continuous communication with lender. With all complex legal matters resolved finally we managed to complete. Thank you Matthew and Darren !

This is a truly impressive company. They were responsive to all of our needs, and arranged calls outside of office hours when required. The cases (we had 2 mortgages being worked on concurrently) were handled professionally, and whenever we called we seemed to be more than just a number to them - all of our details seemed to be remembered without us having to go through lengthy reminders.
On both mortgages, there were legal delays, meaning that better deals became available. Staff at Vincent Burch offered willingly and without grumble to source improved offers for us, and resultant savings.
We really can't speak any higher of a mortgage broker. Wonderful company staffed by wonderful people.
