Great. Knowledgable service

I recently completed on a number of remortgages with the same lender and used Vincent Burch Mortgage Services who were excellent to deal with.
Charley Walpole, the Mortgage Advisor was very helpful securing the required rate and Liam Tomblin, the Mortgage Administrator worked extremely hard to ensure that the lender's conveyancing team kept to the requested timescales. Liam was in direct communication throughout the process and I felt that I was always able to get a clear update from him as the process progressed to completion.

the valuation report which i prepaid £2400 came exactly as property been valued and agreed to buy but Foundation Home loan big scam company decided not to lend because of property not being worth the price i’m buying. when the valuation report came worth exactly for what i was going to pay and consider i was paying 30% deposit .

not recommended neither broker neither Foundation home loans.
stay away better spend money in holidays then with them
