My cats have been patients here for 6 years. All the vets, nurses and staff are kind, friendly and take the time to really get to know my pets. They don’t push any expensive treatments or extras, and are happy to talk through issues. The app messaging service is very responsive, but equally they can always be contacted by phone. In emergencies, I’ve been able to see them within hours or less. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They remember my dog's name, always happy to see him. The clinic is clean and calm. In the 8 years we've been attending, we have always had the highest level of care

Top quality couldn’t be happier with the service Village Vets provides. They truly are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. They take the time to explain everything in clear and understandable language. Gold standard is the only way I could describe them and that applies to everyone you meet from reception to the nurses and vets. Excellent would give more stars if it was possible!

Spacious, friendly, welcoming feel as you go in. Separate, closed off area for cats. A real plus. Vets who listen and understand your concerns and treat you like an intelligent human being!!

We have been with Village vets since Tilly was 10 weeks old. Every step of the way the staff have been caring and fabulous, it feels like they love our dog as much as we do. Can highly recommend if you are looking for a vet for your pet.

I can’t recommend Marley’s vets enough. They always go above and beyond to make both Marley and me feel relaxed and comfortable. Marley gets very nervous going to the vets, but at our last appointment the vet was so patient and kind, taking the time to get to know Marley and help her feel more at ease. It made such a difference seeing how calm and cared for she was. I honestly wouldn’t take Marley anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and understanding vets practice.

We’ve been coming to Village Vets Crosby with our dog since 2018. From the first visit we were made to feel welcome. Every member of staff are professional and very helpful. They take the time to explain everything. Our dog can be nervous but there is no sign of that when she attends for her appointment. Highly recommend this vet practice .

As always, staff give a great welcome and are clearly motivated and the professional feedback is second to none.

I was seen in a reasonable time, and on all my visits I was greeted with a friendly reception from all staff and from start to finish my visits always made me feel at ease when obviously anxious over my pets problem.

You could not find a group of more caring people than at this practice. I have been with them for over 50 years and they just get better each year. They make you feel special and look after their visitors equally whether pet or owner. They explain everything as the visit continues and never rush you. All the staff seem happy in their work and work extremely well together. Thanks all for helping me over the years and recently through a difficult time which seems to be getting better daily!!!!

We were seen on time. The vet was outstanding and thorough. She explained everything & gave clear instructions about after care. Follow up in 2 weeks was arranged. Blue was very good in the surgery as the vet was so patient and caring.
Reception staff always excellent and very helpful.

All the staff are lovely. My vet was easy to talk to, gave great advice and was understanding. The reception staff and nurses are caring and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

They really take the time to explain everything and listen to our questions, they follow up when they say they will and they’re lovely with Misha. Vidivet is a brilliant addition to the service too, giving us immediate access to advice anytime

Our village vets practice is the kindest friendliest most caring one we have ever used and we are lucky to still have them in Formby. Our dogs have been under their care for many years up until their passing, the most recent this weekend. Thank you from all of us and especially Poppy.

Staff were so friendly and patient with Minnie our cat who suffers from anxiety.
The surroundings were calm and really love the separate cat and dog waiting areas.

Helen is an amazing vet and manages my reactive terrier with ease. She is so helpful and friendly it gives me great confidence.

I had a really positive experience at the vets with my dog. The staff were friendly and reassuring and the vet took time to explain everything clearly. My dog was treated with the patience and care, which made the visit much less stressful. I would highly recommend them.

They staff are great so friendly, and Kristina the vet is the best. She is made to be a vet has all the qualities I think that is required to be a great vet.

Her bedside manner is second to none. She tried to save my lovely 7 year Labrador Charlie but sadly couldn’t, so when I decided to become a puppy raiser for Frith I knew that it was only Kristina I wanted to look after him throughout the next year.

My dog is old now and has heart failure 💔 due to the care of the vets he has lived past Christmas and a few other near misses.
Christina has been amazing with my dog who is an old grumpy snappy dog.
Christina is the only vet he has licked and never growled at. He is so relaxed with her and listens for her when we attend.
The receptionists are always helpful abd cheerful
The nurses are also lovely and put you at ease.
We are on the VIP plan which has been a god send with the consultations my dog has needed.
