Really I m not happy with your service your company have to give good service to the customers becoz some of the customers they don't know ur policy you should be help to us actually I call to ur customer service to refund the money they said me first money I'll be credited to Vilara credit we don't want such stupid answers from your company... It was pathetic experience, i have odered on 2 Dec 2016, Order no V6200826944, on 10 Dec 2016 i got to know that the vendor is not replying and did not given the confirmation to the company, they given me the option to cancel your order. Is this the way of working, when I called to customer support they people were keep holding my call. I don't understand, I have spent handsome amount of Rs. 4618 on the product, however company is not interested to retain their premium customers. this is very strange. company have wasted my 9 days precious time.
One of the worst shopping websites in India, truly pathetic to its core, how can you amateurs cancel the order after one week of placing the order, WORST, I cannot fathom enough words to describe how frustrated I am, please do me a favor and never shop at this place called "VILARA"
Worst company and pathetic service. Do not waste your time and money. Returns and refund will take hell lot of time. May God bless who purchase through this company
With heavy heart and high hopes, I want to bring to your notice the CYBER FRAUD with me by one of the Online Shopping Sites villara and voonik who have their registered office at Voonik Tech. Pvt. Ltd., Manyata Embassy Business Park, Block N-1, Balsa – 2nf Floor, Nagvara, Bengaluru – 560045 (Contact No. 080-66667777,) and Delhi Designer Ms Preeti S Kapoor (9999482022) is a partner to this.
My daughter Ms Monika Mittal, who is getting married in Oct 2016, purchased a Wedding Dress for INR 58,500/- from voonik.com (vilara.com) site vide Order No. V702867007 dated 15th August 2016. A designer product (designed by Ms Preeti S Kapoor of Delhi having her outlet in “SHAHPUR JAT”) was ordered for her engagement which was received ~04th Sep 2016. On receipt, she was not satisfied with the product as the designer has supplied a wedding dress which was lying with her off the shelf. The designer is now claiming the same to be tailor made which is not correct, as neither the designer sent anybody to our place to take the customer’s measurements, nor called the customer to her place for measurements and even no trials of the dress were conducted before finishing. Moreover, the embroidery on the dress, which was supposed to be HAND EMBRIODARY is actually MACHINE MADE and that too very SHABBY and not any uniform pattern and is defective. Accordingly, we have raised for Return/Refund for this dress on 06th OR 07th Sep, which this site is not entertaining.
The return policy for the product mentions 10 day return in case of wrong/defective product. As there was no size details mentioned on website, it is responsibility of the Site and Designer to confirm the measurements with the customer, when all contact details are available with them. This is not a standard UG or Readymade Garment which will be supplied based on S/M/L/XL/XXL basis. It is a DESIGNER DRESS and how a designer can supply such product without firm measurements. In fact, this designer should be BLACK LISTED by the company.
We have been struggling with these guys for last three weeks for return/refund of the product. I am sorry to inform you that the approach of this team is highly unprofessional. As the credibility of this site and designer is doubtful, nothing less than Return/Refund is acceptable.
I had a talk with their Mr Sanjiv Jain (Sales) available at +91 9890889938 on Saturday (17th Sep) and given him the time upto Tuesday evening for resolution. I am trying hard to contact him to know the status, but no positive response has been received from him. Hence, I am constrained to take up the matter with you. Please help me.

I returned a saree since the quality was not good .. they came to pick the parcel after continuouslycontinuously calling thrm....now it had been more than 20 days I returned but still they have not yet refunded. The saree was worth Rs 4700... they are not picking the call too....
This is one order placed on vilara on 30th June 2016 Order No V 50110861-2 received on 7th July 2016. on 10th July 2016 the return was requested and informed. No one called us till date for the collection of the parcel.
It is almost 20 days the items are lying at our place and we could not get the amount.
The products at Vilara.com were good. I haven't seen such a huge collection of designer wear clothes anywhere. However we need customer support to be slightly better. I do think this site has the potential to be a great shopping destination
