Thanks for your feedback- we’re really disappointed to hear we didn’t meet your expectations.
We aim to be fully transparent with our pricing. While there is a small fee for transferring funds to a bank account, we do offer genuinely fee-free options, including using collected funds on a huge range of vouchers or gifts or even as Viing credit which allows the recipient to choose their gift. We don’t charge any fees at all on contributions and we don’t request tips at any point.
Physical cards are entirely optional and do carry an additional cost, reflecting printing and postage, which is clearly communicated.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, which we will certainly take on board.

It’s upsetting to have colleagues’ gifts deducted in your fees. When I’ve given gifts it’s not explained how much you take.

Thank you for your feedback. Most of our customers choose a gift or voucher, which incurs no fees. A small fee only applies if funds are withdrawn to a bank account and customers consistently find that occasions organised through Viing raise more funds more efficiently than manual processes, so even when a bank transfer is chosen, the fee is considered fair for the service.
We also want to reassure that we never charge contributors or request tips, so 100% of contributor funds go directly into the occasion money pot.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. The Viingboard is a digital product chosen by the organiser. Our classic Viing includes the option for us to print a greeting card and send it by post. If an eCard is selected, there’s also a print option available. If you get in touch with us, there may be something our team can do to help.

Highly recommended
I can’t recommend Johnny at Viing highly enough. After creating a board for one of my bosses who is retiring, I hadn’t realised that Viing doesn’t usually offer physical retirement books. I reached out to see if there was any way they could help, and Johnny came back to me almost immediately. Not only did he (they) create the book, but it looks absolutely incredible. The level of service and care Johnny and Viing as a whole provided was outstanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Customer service agents were very quick in replying to my emails -- I had several. All my queries were resolved promptly. I am very happy with their service. These were emails addressed to the viing.co.uk site. I also emailed the viing.com site but did not get any reply.
