The products are fine; the customer service is terrible. I accidentally placed an order with my old address and immediately tried to correct it. Due to a “glitch” in the system as they later described it, I could not access the order to modify it. I immediately sent an email. The response I got the next day? “It’s too late to change your order address, you should have used the modify order button.” Which did not work. You mean to tell me customer service was closed but they somehow instantly processed my order and couldn’t change the ship to address? There’s a whole thing you have to do on your own with USPS that costs $18 and seems very complicated. Really poor customer service.

I had an issue where my shipment was going to be delivered to my office instead of my home. I was past the cancellation window and I reached out to their customer service to see what I could do. Stephanie was kind, patient, and so helpful. She walked me through the options I had. After it was delivered, she even reached out to follow up and make sure everything got where it needed to go.

VIIAs customer service is so phenomenal & I'll be ordering from them for life. For a small business, it packs a big punch. A great product is one thing, but knowing just how much the people who make it happen care about their customers sets VIIA apart from the rest. If you haven't tried them yet, today is the day to start.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Quick and efficient delivery process, fair pricing, and somehow even better quality. Ton of variety as well, I personally go with the gummies and I have tried the drops and they’re 10/10. All this with superb customer service.

My package has been sitting at a post office for two days when I paid priority shipping. I reached out to customer service even though I know they have no control once package leave their facility.
Customer service was very prompt in helping me track down my package, refunded my shipping cost and gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order.

Would like to opt out of subscription

I had been a loyal customer of Viia for a some time and had placed many orders without any issues. Because of those positive experiences, I trusted the company and expected them to stand behind their customers if a problem ever occurred.

My latest order was marked as delivered by USPS to a parcel locker, but I never received it. Viia initially responded and asked me to wait a few days in case USPS had scanned the package prematurely. I followed their instructions and waited. After the package still did not arrive, I contacted them again and requested the next steps under the Shipping Protection that I had purchased with my order.

Instead of honoring the Shipping Protection or filing a USPS claim as the sender, Viia stopped responding to my emails entirely. I never received a replacement, a refund, or any meaningful assistance.

I would also like to provide photo evidence and our email correspondence, but I don’t see an option to attach them here.

Quality, variety, legality, shipping convenience. VIIA Hemp makes my life better basically.

This product really works. I have tried so many products that start out great but stop working. This product keeps working and helping me sleep.

Spammers. I NEVER provided my email to them, nor would I ever have done so!

Edit: This garbage company doesn't even have a double opt-in system. They think it's MY job to help them leave me the hell alone. ANYONE can give them YOUR email address and they'll SPAM you until YOU do something dangerous (like hitting unsubscribe & risk putting a virus on your device) to inform them to stop. Why is that OUR job??
Here's an idea: Learn how to responsibly use email before you start marketing with it, reprobates. Go to hell.

Bud is mid and overpriced. Customer Service non existent. Do not pay for the shipping protection or priority mail they do not honor either of those and I’ve tested both shipping methods they are exactly the same. This company was the final nail in starting my own grow.

They advertise “100mg THC” gummies but they actually contain only 20mg of THC. They used to call that False Advertising.

Beware! My husband had a bad reaction to the gummies and when he went to cancel his subscription a new shipment came in. We shipped it all back and we've not been refunded as promised. Their guarantee stinks and we're out just over $500. We sent everything back to a US address although we ordered from Canada. Horrid product and service.

Lack of transparency. They will charge extra for expedited shipping but ship regular USPS shipping. They just ship it in the morning instead of regular afternoon shipping. They are taking extra money for shady services.

CannaBuddy is much better

The product Elevated Focus Gummies 10 mg really disappointed me by the fact that while I attended an important meeting it gave me the opposite effect of what was to be expected. Instead of an elevated focus I became drowsy and disconnected from the event. The explanation I received from the company was that different individuals react differently to the product. In part may be true, but not getting the opposite effect. The product should be seriously reviewed.

Ordered some exotic flower from them. Took them a few days to set the order up, but they shipped it express to meet the given ETA. very high quality flower also! Email ads are a little pushy for not signing up for them though.
