I really wanted a unique and stylish cable rail for my new deck.
I cold called them and began designing a railing system.
My first contact was Rob Wallace. After my order was submitted and paid for I couldn’t get him on the phone. He stopped taking my calls. The main number would ring and ring. Finally sent me to customer service. Shelley was assigned to me.
Making design changes or adding new parts with someone in customer service versus my designer left me high and dry.
What happened you ask?
I was incorrectly delivered critically important corner posts. Stopped my project. This happened twice.
When I got the replacement post they were wrong! Another delay.
I asked for some kind of discount and they said no.
So I have 6 useless posts that I have to pay to dispose of.
Ron Wallace was a nice guy but once my design was done and PAID for he wouldn’t take my calls.
Lastly I designed a new cocktail handrail that won’t bend or deflect when you lean on it. It’s really nice.

Do not buy this product. Not customer oriented. Basically, if you are shorted on parts, it’s the customer’s fault. Overpriced for what you get, coupled with poor customer service. Horrible experience!

A few problems at first getting the Dedign finalized, but great recovery by customer service and Tech made it a great experience. Pictures coming soon. Thank you all and we rank as a very satisfied customer who will recommend you highly!

Overall, the product is amazing and we couldn’t be happier! The modern look has enhanced our new home more than I initially expected it to, and the rails are more secure than I would have thought. We experienced a few hiccups along the way (improper measurements, incorrect post map, and a missing bracket) which slowed our project a bit but the customer service we were provided couldn’t have been better. Viewrail staff was in constant communication with us, and was quick to address/mitigate the issues when they arose. They corrected the errors and made things right, which we appreciated more than they could know. You will not regret investing in this product/company!

This was our first time using View Rail at one our homes. We had troubles with our order and parts but, the View Rail team was nothing but helpful in making sure we received our parts in a timely manner to complete our project. Brad Sandlin is who took care of us after our initial order to get everything straight and has nothing but professionalism and patience.

We recently ordered and installed three sections of glass railing for a covered deck. Everything went smoothly, and the installers were very happy with the quality of the product. We'd recommend them highly and plan to use this company if a similar product were needed in the future.

Excellent customer service and care along with quality products is hard to beat. Viewrail was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had thought the whole process. The delivery company lost part of my shipment. I sent Viewrail an email and they promptly looked into it and sent me the missing pieces no questions asked. The day after receiving my missing pieces, the lost order showed up on my doorstep. I called Viewrail. They told me to keep it or donate it to Habitat for Humanity. I appreciated their kindness.

These are very high quality glass and cable rails systems! These rails are rugged and beautiful at the same time. Excellent customer service with all parts and materials delivered timely with no missing items.

Highly recommend

I purchased the glass railing system with standoff pins. Although I felt the installation instructions were inadequate and confusing, I was able to install the railing and the end product was beautiful. The installation of this system requires advanced skills or a professional.
