Brought a dryer only in September its already faulty and not working! Been trying to contact them all day still no response and just left with a broken dryer and no support atal with getting it fixed.

I strongly regret buying a hob from this company. It came with a 3-year guarantee, but stopped working after just a few months of normal use. What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service — I’ve sent multiple emails with no response at all, and their phone line is impossible to get through.
A warranty means nothing if the company disappears when something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend buying from this company.

Bought a sharp microwave, item deemed by sharp uk non repairable after 6 months, cannot get any response or communication from VIEWCLICKBUY on the Order reference 109387 to return for refund instructed by SHARP UK with approved reference code due to defective goods from Manufacturer which would refund them also!!. Hopeless company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, RIP OFF DOGGY SELLERS

Bought a cooker ,never received it after 2 weeks ,contacted them they apologises said they would rectify the issue but never did and stopped taking my calls, over 2 months now ,no cooker no refund.

Excellent price for this Sharp microwave, cheaper than all other sellers.
Delivery pretty quick too.

I wish there was no star rating for this company.
They are the worst to deal with. They never answer their phone, as for emails not response unless you send them 3 to 5 emails pushing them to reply then after a week or more they will respond.
They send a damaged fridge and we gonna hit a month now to get a replacement but no response yet.
Awful awful service.

Downside of order was DPD losing my goods,but could not fault the helpfulness of your staff in sorting out and rectifying the problem.

Had a few questions before ordering. Call was answered quickly and the agent was very helpful. Order was delivered on time. Pleased with product and service.

Old Hotpoint tumble drier 'died' at 8pm on Thursday. We only have space for a compact drier so checked Hotpoint's website and nothing available. Checked via Google and VCB came up as 5* service. Followed the link and they had the model we needed so we ordered it at 08:30 Friday for delivery Monday at a reasonable price. It arrived via DPD at 09:30 Saturday!! A couple of small dents in the cabinet but that seemed to be more about Hotpoint's packaging being rather skimpy (no protection around the edges). Overall very impressed and a happy buyer. Will always check VCB going forwards.

After receiving two items that were damaged, customer services were very quick to offer me a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Very happy with the service I have received from View Click Buy. They may wish to review using DPD as their delivery company as the service received from them was something less than adequate.

I have not received any reply from my email or had any of my phone calls answered with regards to a recent purchase,

My product was not delivered by their courier and after the first email response to my query, they failed to respond to my other emails. A very bad company. Be warned!

Sent back my item for a refund which took far too long to process. I had to chase every day with very little communication back.
