I asked if the hair would arrive before a certain date, and they told me it would. Instead, it arrived a week later, so it took a total of three weeks.

Second, the hair I received looks nothing like the reference photos I sent them. When I mentioned this, they just told me it would look better after washing it.

Third, the quality is terrible. I ordered loose curls, but there is barely any curl pattern. The hair is extremely dry, and I can't even get a brush through it.

And to make things worse, once you complain, they stop responding completely. I would definitely not recommend buying from them.
