I bought the Pro package to use

I bought the Pro package to use, but after a few days, the balance is still more than 46000, then it says my payment has expired.

"Your payment has expired
Your payment has expired. Please update your payment method."

I tried to contact support but failed, no response. Is this a scam, Please contact my account and support

I love this

I love how when I accidently goo across the line it corrects me and I make fmaily friendly content! Defintly one of the better ai generator websites I tried.

Updated: Appears to be a scam.

Thus far, the app seems to work well. However, I am working through the various features, to ensure that it is fit for my particular purpose. Doing so is difficult as there is not trial that allows generation. Looks quite promising.

Update: Thankfully, I didn't subscribe, as this app/service appears to be a scam. Training opportunity, which was suggested by them, was "declined" without reason. Appears they are not keen on "buyer beware".

Update 2: No one is asking to use the app for free in perpetuity, but one should at least be able to test the functionality of it, and ensure that it is fit for their purpose. Even if it is a 7 day trial. Even a 24 hour trial. But, one should be able to test it.

As a company we can't give our product for free as we support costs that being a company without external funding we can not support.
