This is a great app, it helped me to create a video for my final work in a Diploma of phytotherapy and also to create a video for our courses to retail managers. It is easy to manage but after you invest some hours finding out the features, but it is indeed an easy app to use. One thing that they could improve is the stock of images for free, because the current stock is very limited and the option of Getty is very expensive.

I transitioned to VideoGen from a different AI video generation platform. The other platform had great features, but terrible support.

I was pleasantly surprised by the features available to members of VideoGen and upgraded almost immediately.

Then came the dreaded support. Not only were my questions answered in a timely manner, but they also went above and beyond what I was asking.

VideoGen is definitely a keeper. You can't go wrong with them.

I’m just getting started with videos and VideoGen has made the process quick, easy, and professional looking. Pleased so far!

They need to figure out their app. last month I used it with no issues, renewed my subscription again this month and was only able to do almost nothing and now its prompting me upgrade. As of March 23rd, is anybody having issues with downloads? I have not been able to download despite having deleted old exports.

Videogen is quick and easy to set up.with top notch results and a awsome customer service team that responds in a timely manner.look no further people.

My son is professional to video making but I am pretty new to it. My grandson introduced VideoGen to me. He learned some things from his dad and wanted to impress his grandma. VideoGen was exactly what I needed. I love this app because it is simple for use and delivers good and professionally finished videos.

VideoGen has a simple and clear programs, sub-applications, it has a good title and a subtitle generator.   When I add text, the app has the ability to change the duration and rearrange scenes as per my text. I am amazed how it matches the video to my given script.

The price for the quality video I get is great.

VideoGen customer service is also excellent. Jesper, the CS Rep, was really exceptional, while helping me to resolve my issue with video generating. He was very patient with me, promptly answering my questions, knowledgeable and he quickly created the resolution.

I have read that VideoGen has a small team of young people who are painstakingly working to make this app better every day. Since I am using the app for the last few months, I saw several changes VideoGen made to improve their application.

I’m am sure I will be using VideoGen for a long time because it serves perfectly my need, creates great videos, expands my creativity and saves me money.

I’ve had a great experience using VideoGen! The platform is intuitive and packed with useful features that make video editing easy and efficient. When I accidentally upgraded my subscription, their support team responded quickly and issued a refund without any hassle—truly outstanding customer service!

Knowing that this was built by a small team who started in college makes it even more impressive. They’re clearly dedicated to improving the platform, and I’m excited to see how it evolves. Highly recommended!

Great video output - just what I need. And excellent customer service. I messaged a query and got my answer right away.

They asked me to email to their support so they can solve right away. I did but after day, I didn't see anything from them.
so now, my work is delayed badly

It has been great so far and enjoying the tool. There's still room for improvement and I look forward to more updates.

I have tried a dozen AI video generators. VideoGen has its advantages among them. It has a simple, clear interface, a good script and title generator, the ability to change the duration and rearrange scenes. I also note the good speed of work and the quality of the finished video. At the same time, the price-quality ratio is far from the worst among competitors.
For five people who were in college yesterday, this is a good job.
But in order for VideoGen to become the best product on the market,
there is still a lot to be done. For example, I personally miss the timeline scaling and the ability to edit subtitles for each scene.
The development team is young and energetic, so they will cope.
