Hi Folk, I have just spent 6 weeks or so completing a 145 sec Animated video with the team at Videoanimationinc.com. It has been a very fruitful and rewarding time.
Please note pay no regard to the negative accusations levelled in the 'Spam' accusing 'review' below. Probably it's from a competitor. It certainly carries no facet of truth in the statements condeming this company of skilled professionals. This spam review is neither honest not justified.
This company of crafts people is prompt, courteous and open to suggestions without any sign of frustration or of hurryups! They are very well automated and this is not a negative but demonstrates what can be achieved in enabling feedback and updates in both the initial preparation and in the finality of the 'cuts'. I've received several spam emails from this company. They circumvented my spam filters by sending emails from several different email addresses.

I contacted them through their website, and they refused to tell me where they got my contact details from, and hung up on me when I asked to discuss it with their marketing manager.

At the time of writing, LinkedIn have blocked access to their website from their own profile page due to "suspected malicious behaviour or abuse".

I would not trust this company.

Our experience was phenomenal! Videoanimation (and Jay especially) went above and beyond to provide a superior product and service. Highly recommend and we will be back for all our future video needs.

I am genuinely impressed, to say that least, with the 30 second spot that Video Animation did for my company, Virtual Studio Nashville (VSN). There was A LOT to cover in 30 seconds and the challenge was to find a way to show how the process works in a fun yet a VERY comprehensive way. Mission was accomplished and their work exceeded my expectations!

I had a few minor suggestions along the way and there was no hesitation on their behalf about doing revisions. Jay (project manager) and the entire support team assigned to my project, worked hard, were very patient, listened and most of all, were VERY creative!

But the team made it super easy to create the script, find a fantastic professional voice over artist, and then create an animated video that we love. We are a company based in The Netherlands and the location was not at all a problem for working together online in a great way. VideoAnimation say they will go on until you are happy with the result and they do. Not that it took us that long, because they communicate very clear what they do, they offered us many styles/options etc to choose from. Given the budget it is amazing what they do. The start was also next level customer experience: I sent an e-mail, started a chat. The person in the chat could see my e-mail in seconds, helped me on line with the ordering process and in about a minute everything had been taking care of. So: great people, great work, great automation. Happy customer!
