Very fast delivery, beautifully packaged and a lovely product.

Layered necklace arrived in a complete knotted ball, unable to undo. Other jewellery items from other companies are packed on card so unable to become tangled, ridiculous way to send 3 necklaces. Not impressed at all.
Update on above - Rachel responded immediately to apologise and is sending another in the post free of charge. The packaging was 1 star but the customer service is 5, thank you Rachel!
