I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the issues continue to persist.

I placed an order two weeks before Christmas, and despite my attempts, I was unable to expedite shipping. I sent multiple emails requesting tracking information, but most went unanswered or received only automated responses. The bottom line is that all items arrived well after the New Year!

After disputing the charge and returning the items, I am still waiting for my reimbursement—it's been a month with no resolution in sight!

To add insult to injury, the jewelry I received looks cheap and poorly made. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company!

Bad customer service.
Took my money. Order never shipped. Been over a week. Customer service person - Erika - seems more concern about herself and not customer service.

Avoid at all costs unless you like throwing money to the garbage.

Shipping costs are extremely high (10 Euro) and additionally no guidance that custom costs have to be paid by the customer (18,90 Euro). In total more than 30% additional costs. This was definetly my first and final order at Victoria Emerson.

Be aware that the prices frequently change in your cart as you order and go to checkout, like within minutes of adding them. This is fraudulent.

My credit card was charged 14 November for $350+. I received no order confirmation nor any correspondence from the company despite numerous attempts I made to contact them via chat, email and text. I researched and discovered victoriaemerson.com is actually run by Brandshare, a promotions company. When you call them and try to get any information, a recording tells you to send an email and then the line is disconnected. I now have to purchase other Christmas presents as I believe this site is a scam and I will never receive any of the items.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My first order for 2 bracelets and a pair of earrings was fine. The quality of the bracelets was as expected for the budget-friendly price point. I could see obvious globs of glue on both bracelets, but they were still wearable for casual outings. The poor workmanship would not allow me to gift these bracelets if I had wanted to. My second order for a necklace went as expected. Both orders took too long to arrive seeing that they came from Toronto to Windsor. The wait was well over 2 weeks. The most distressing thing was that the company did not issue me a refund after I cancelled a pending order. I had to send emails since there isn't a live person to talk to. I had to call Paypal to commence a case due to them holding my money. I would never buy anything from Victoria Emerson again and would warn others about this company.
