Let's face it, when it comes to something like captions it's a service that's a bit of a commodity in this business. So with that said, why not go with a company that differentiates itself through great customer service.

We used Video Caption Corporation to embed EIA-708 captions into a half hour television show we produced. In addition we used their encode services to encode our file into the format our broadcaster was requiring. They walked us through the process and were super responsive anytime we had a question. And to top it all off we threw a curve ball at them after we had already sent the show their way. Our client had a sponsor hand off a new commercial spot and we had to replace an old spot that was already in the show. Even though our delivery deadline was the next day, the folks at Video Caption Corporation still made it happen!
