Same story. I ordered from them on Dec.2nd for a Christmas gift. It's March 3rd. and I am still waiting. I have had correspondence via email a couple of times. The first story was that their warehouse was broken into and they were having to reorder from their suppliers. Then about a month later, they were delayed because of covid and they were sanitizing the products getting them ready to ship, then a couple weeks later was the last email they answered saying they were all working 7 days a week from home trying to get orders out because 2 is their employees had died from covid. I have emailed at least 3 additional times, with no answer now. I will call the BBB and my credit card company. What a scam they have going. BEWARE

It's not nice to scam consumers
I ordered 1 pot without checking reviews. Won't do that again. Never got the product. Inquired twice got a sob story about Covid19. I fell for it until I didn't. I googled their address. It's on the website. It's a ranch house in CA. I reported them the the Federal Trade Commission- you can do that as well. Then I called AmEx and my $40 was refunded. It's ironic that they did not charge for shipping. They had no intention of shipping.
Don't be a victim. Complain to FTC and try to get your money back from your credit card company.
They do have a number on site. I called it. Went straight to VM. I told them Karma was a b---h and she's looking for them.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM VIBEFUL. They will gladly take your money, but you’ll get nothing from them. I ordered on 12/07/2020 and am still waiting for my order on 02/13/2021. They refuse to answer my emails. SCAM.

I agree. Scam! They put good reviews out before Christmas to get you to buy from them. Sadly, I fell for it. I ordered almost two months ago and have received nothing. It was a gift. They finally responded to me on Facebook and through email about how they have been hit by Covid, short staffed and trying to get orders filled. The negative comments from Facebook have been deleted. Don’t fall for it.

Charged my account almost immediately. Over 100 dollars .Almost a month later .....NOTHING! Tried to check order status. Their data bank did not recognize my email yet I got an order confirmation with the same email . Tried contacting them . NO RESPONSE. BEWARE ! Also . Why are the positive reviews so short and all on the same date when all the bad reviews are so long and different dates ? I believe those positive reviews are FAKE!!! Also the same positive comments are on different review websites with the same name and words . It’s a cut and paste!! SO FAKE!! Please people. Read the reviews and stay clear from this scamming company. Go elsewhere . This company is NOT trustworthy.
