I purchased the Hommes Oro opal necklace for $275 and was extremely disappointed. The product did not match the description or photos on the website — the material felt cheap and low-quality in person, nothing like what was advertised.
Within one week, the necklace had already started to fade, and it caused a bad skin rash on my neck. It is also not waterproof, despite what I’d expected from a piece at this price point.
When I tried to return it, the process was a nightmare. They don’t actually refund your money — they only offer to send you a replacement of the same poor-quality product, and you have to pay an additional $39 just to process that exchange.
For $275, I expected quality and stand-behind-it customer service. I got neither. I will never order from this company again and would strongly caution others before buying.

The jewelry is marketed and advertised as real and it’s not. It’s fake costume jewelry. Also, the company says returns are an option when in all actuality all sales are final because the entire website has a sale on costume jewelry. Overpriced costume jewelry at that which can be purchased on SHEIN. I’ll never shop here again and I’ll spread the word to individuals I know.

Nothing to do with the item. I paid 15 dollars for expedited shipping. The package is coming from arizona and showing this Saturday delivery. I didn't pay 15 bucks for an package to arrive to me in 4 days from two states over. Not happy about that.
