Repeated Charges no response for 3 month
Repeated Charges, No Response, Very Concerning Experience
After placing an order with Veylo, I discovered I had been enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. I have now been charged for three consecutive months.
I have sent six separate emails requesting cancellation and clarification, and have received no response.
Even more concerning, the credit card details referenced in their communication do not match the card I used, which has raised serious questions for me about their billing transparency and processes.
As a result, I have had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block further payments.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this company proceed with extreme caution and review all terms very carefully before entering payment details. Annoying this business is also with Shopify who are also not responding or taking any action to stop this scam
