I never had my credentials, I passed my account and I still waiting for an answer since 1 week ago, dont try, it's a scam

It’s been over 10 hours and I still haven’t received my account details
Tried contacting but when I do it says server error.. but they still took my money? Ok right

This company seems like a scam. I passed my test and i could not get my credentials for the paid account and the dashboard is not showing my trades. ripoff company

Trust pilot, I need you to do what you do and get these FAKE positive reviews of this company off of here! Vertex forex is simply a scam as many of us have already stated here. I am in the process of obtaining a lawyer to get these scammers off of these platforms scamming others! I paid for a 100k account and as soon as I passed the challenge, they disappeared! I want my money back asap and I’m not stopping until they are prosecuted. The people on here that have given negative reviews are the honest ones. They have either paid for the positive comments, or posting them themselves. Please investigate and remove so that others won’t get taken by this company as so many of us have already been scammed.

They were quick to help purchase the account and responded with login credentials in 24 hrs. Once I passed the test, they sent me the login credentials for my live account almost 2 weeks later with no response to any of my messages, and boom what do you know..... fake login credentials. When I messaged for the correct login credentials.... what do you know, Ghosts for over coming on 2 months now.

They dont respond to emails or their live chat that says, "we respond instantly"

These 5 star reviews are actually real from months ago as I know multiple people with accounts.... What do you know, my luck is them getting shut down or just scamming the moment I sign up for an account. All of the recent reviews are definitely paid for BS.

Then the have the audacity to send a telegram message about a discount. SCAM. Lets do our duty and get these trust pilot reviews down to the proper level.

It has been 2 months now after getting my first payout back in November and still can't receive credentials for 2nd account , support doesn't respond at all bad experience . I would not recommend anyone with this type of behaviour especially a new prop firm !!!

Une entreprise spam j’ai acheté un compte avec eux j’ai reçu les identifiants du compte dans la boîte mail ensuite j’ai validé le compte et depuis sa fait pratiquement plus d’une semaine j’ai pas reçu les identifiants de mon compte réel j’écris à leur support client aucune réponse, a leur CHAT LIVE il mette erreu de serveur je les écris de partout mais rien j’essaie de me connecter aussi sa ne passe pas je met mode de passe oublier pour changer mon mode de passe je reçois aucun message pour réinitialiser mon mode de passe pourtant quand j’effectuai le paiement pour le compte tout était fluide et rapide
Franchement je ne vous conseil pas cette entreprise…

Je mettrai à jour mon avis si tout est réglé mais pour l’instant une déception total 👎🏿

Scam company 100% all reviews are bought an not legit it’s there way of promoting the company without having too promote bought a million dollar funded account which took hours too buy, they then proceed too take 2 weeks too send live details which weren’t even correct login credentials and giving everyone invalid passwords I’ll be reporting them too the bbb I’ve been contacting support since November 31st everyday it’s now a week into the new year not one response this is by far the worse funded company out

Very very bad expérience nothing is good with this company big scam forever

seems they have gone out of business, my trading password is no longer valid and can't trade. my account on their dashboard still says active, this is a big scam

I have passed my challenge and not being upload my kyc to received live account details
Contacted support over 1 week now and no answer.very bad customer service and my money is stuck.i will never buy another account from this company.

Soon after this review I have received my live account details.so I am happy to give vertex another chance as they seems to have responded.i have changed to 3 stars for good response

It has been a month now since I haven’t received my funded account for 75% and customer support/live chat ignores your messages I thought I would be doing business with this company long term … I will update review once this is rectified .

I sent you the below letter yesterday regarding Not being able to see my trades within Vertex Forex Funds Online DASHBOARD and suddenly today 12-7-2024 I see my entire account disconnected from the MT5 Platform. When it has been working FINE on my phone prior to me email sent to you yesterday

May I ask what is going on with your firm and my 100k Live funded account? I had profits on this account in the amount of $400 dollars and suddenly
I don't have access to my account today.

Please assist and advise? I would like to think you are a legit firm and NOT A SCAM!!!

Horrible Prop Firm.... Don't do business with them, they criminals. They don't pay.

I subscribed to them for a 100k account and passed the first stage, but I never got a real account. I have been trying to contact support for more than a week, but no one answers me. I felt very disappointed. I am very sad.

My experience with this firm has been terrible. My initial review of them was good because they prompted me to do a review before they gave me my funded credentials. After becoming funded I was up 10k. They sent me an email saying that my account had been breached in which it had not. It appeared as if my mt4 account was manipulated but i cannot prove this. They proceeded to lock me out of my account by changing the password. I tried to reach out to them multiple times to reset my password and access my account. I have heard nothing back since. Not to mention their trader dashboard and metrics is terrible and does not update your trading info at all. Their payment processing system is sketchy at best, not in English which was a red flag. If you decide to go with this prop firm, you are doing it at your own risk!
