This company has been nothing short of AMAZING!! My son received his gaming chair through the Little Wish program. We had no other information on the details of the chair that was purchased back in 2019. Since then our son has absolutely LOVED his chair and had informed us recently that the seat cushion has a couple of rips in it. I contacted Vertagear customer service and explained the situation. His chair was outside of the warranty on that part. We were given the option to buy a replacement seat cushion or buy a new chair. We responded to their email asking what the prices for both were, completely okay with making the purchase. They then came back to us with a “one time offer” to replace the seat cushion for free. The seat cushion arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Their communication and customer service was spot on and AMAZING!!! We haven’t received customer service this well from many companies in a loooooong time!! Well done Vertagear!!!!

I have contacted the Vertagear support due to the broken armrest on my chair. The Vertagear support was very responsive in collecting necessary information and processing the claim. Although the replacement part was on backorder, they shipped armrest set from the more expensive chair, which was compatible with my chair.

I was waiting a little long for my chair, when I reached out to support, and they got back to me promptly and told me the color I wanted was backlogged. They Kindly offered to change the color of my chair and worked with me through the rest of the process, until I received my chair a few days ago. I have to say I am very pleased; this chair was very easy to assemble and truly helps my posture and makes my back feel better.
Worst customer service ever experience with customer service…
Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had. The metal they use for these chairs is trash. Literal trash. Mechanism under the seat sheared near the bolts, just cracked and broke off. Attempts to replace parts ended with parts sent that don’t fit my chair. It’s a disaster that has now cost me hundreds and I can’t use this chair at all since it won’t lower anymore than my knees level with my desk. Don’t buy here. Save your money for a brand that appreciates customers.
The PL6800 is extraordinary
The PL6800 is truly extraordinary for me (even compared to my previous PL4500). Very easy to put together, and the new seat modifications live up to the marketing hype and then some. Congratulations to Vertagear for a truly excellent product.

Don’t buy a chair from this company
I bought a gaming chair 3 years ago. It’s out at the curb for trash tonight. Don’t waste your money! From the start, this has been a terrible company to work with. Ordered in April of 2020, received June of 2020-damaged-which then took weeks of me emailing and calling to get anyone to respond to me. Then took weeks for replacement parts. The piston failed a couple of months ago, the frame is cracked but of course happens to not be covered under warranty. Exactly what I expected but nonetheless disappointing. Don’t give your hard earned money to this company. Don’t know which is worse, their customer service or their product…both absolute crap.

Chair piston failed after few months, i asked for a replacement and after they agreed to send a new piston i have been left waiting for months. I then contacted them again and they are just taking time probably because they do not have anything to send and they are hoping for me to forget. Overall very disappointed with this super expensive chair, many other people had the same problem so do not take the chance , buy elsewere. these chairs are not well made and expensive. Mike M from Customer service is just embarrassing .
Part was shipped really fast, it is difficult to replace it.
The part replacement process was very fast and easy, the part arrived within days. It is very difficult to replaced it, I was not able to do it yet. The old gas piston is very difficult to remove from the chair.
Vertagear doesnt honor their warranty anymore
TLDR they dont honor their warranty support anymore.
Bought a triigger 350se chair in 2018, it broke in 2019, got a replacement a bit later.
Chair broke again in 2020 in the exact same way, again contacted support who said they would send me a replacement part.
I waited 3 months+ and heard nothing, so i sent them a follow up email in the same email chain asking what was happening, but i heard nothing, repeat a couple times over the next 3 months.
I then started a new support ticket via their website where they respond within a week, went throught all the information again taking a month+, end up with a response that they will replace my stuff and get ghosted again.
Repeat again twice
Latest attempt was in january/february 2023, and they stopped responding again.
So it seems they respond to NEW emails but never actually send anything anymore, likely because they dont actually have anything to send as they told me their eu office shut down in 2020 ish and they probably cant be bothered to figure out a way to send stuff from asia or wherever they have warehouses now.
After sales support is no existent
While the pl6000 was a nice chair, the aftersales support is near no existent. The seat mechanism broke after 2 years and i asked for a replacement part they told me i had to buy it which i agreed and then ghosted me for months.
I had to open a total of 4 tickets to finally tell me that they wont give me the part.
Well bye bye vertagear you lost a good customer. Stay away because after sales support is no existent.

As a lot of others, my chair broke after 4 years and it was withing the 10 year warranty. Contacted them and they where willing to send a replacement. From August 2022 to February 2023 they stopped replying to my emails about the situation of my replacement part.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Vertagear regarding the warranty part I was promised for a gaming chair. It's been over two months and I still have not received the part, despite multiple attempts to reach out for an update. Now they've ghosted me. The lack of communication and unwillingness to provide an estimated time of arrival is unacceptable. Good luck if you ever have to use Vertagear's warranty.
Multiple experiences with terrible customer service
I ordered a chair just over 2 years ago with the add-on wheels. The wheels never came, but Vertagear insisted that they did and were with the chair order. Then they later concluded that the wheels didn't come because they were out of stock (which was shocking to hear after they insisted they were with the order).Then the wheels were delayed in the shipping process. After continuing to promise them week after week, it took almost 4 months to get the extra set of wheels (which ended up being terrible wheels anyway - I don't even use them).
Then just over a year later the gas lift wouldn't hold my seat up anymore, so I had to submit a warranty replacement.
Then 8 months after the initial warranty replacement of the gas lift, it stopped working again, so I submitted another ticket. The chair is over 2 years old, but the warrantied gas lift was only 8 months. They blindly responded back saying that the gas lift is out of the 2 year warranty. I responded back to let them know that the gas lift is not over 2 years old and provided all the documentation of my previous encounters. It's been over a month and I still have not received a response back. Between poor quality of products and unpleasurable experiences, I'd stay away from this company in general.
Doesn't honor their warranty
My seat mechanism broke after 4 years, which is within the warranty period. After sending a bunch of messages back and forth, they finally gave me an RMA number on july 27, 2022. its now december 27 and I still dont have a replacement. Every follow-up message I send gets a response of "we'll look into it" and no response until I send another follow-up. Don't waste your money on anything from this company

The worst company to ever exist.
They absolutely do not make comfortable chairs. They feel too stiff. The return policy IS NON EXISTENT. I called them so many times for a refund but they don’t answer. Seems like they have 1 person working for support and she is not doing jack. Little feedback overall from the company. They just take your money and run. Please don’t buy from this company. In the case you want to try there chairs don’t, you would be better off with a foldable beach chair, it would be the same experience. They price the chair at $500+ for the pl400 or whatever. It’s a joke.

Don’t ever buy a product from them. Shipping was 5-7 business days. I never received my product. They also didn’t inform me about the status. I have tried to contact customer service, but they didn’t respond.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I don't know if the good reviews are paid by Vertagear or what. Customer service does not exisist, they don't respond to e-mails or social media messages. Nothing. Seems like everybody is saying that, I should have checked reviews more thoroughly before buying, huge mistake.
