SCAM!SCAM! BECAREFUL!NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO COMPLAIN FOR UNDELIVERED ORDER

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews on this company.
I was also under the impression that the baked makeup set came with the brushes and foundation, that was the impression I got from their advertising campaign video.
After receiving only the palette I contacted them to say had only received half my order, only to be told that although they advertise it.
I was then told it cost $25 to return the palette or I could purchase the brushes and foundation separately. Please do not buy from them. 😡

If I could give them a minus figure I would - ordered a baked makeup palette, in the picture and videos the palette comes with 2 brushes and a seperate baked foundation - this is a lie, all you get is the palette, they wont refund as they state in tiny print at the bottom of the page after several pictures and videos with the full kit one line stating they only provide the palette, they have taken 3 weeks to point this out after countless emails chasing them for a refund. Their instagram videos imply it is genuine Laura Geller product, it isnt it is a cheap poor quality knock off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. the money back guarantee is worthless.

They got one start because I had no choice. ABSOLUTE SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!
Don’t do it. I got something they promised would get to me by Valentine’s Day never did been fighting with them since then they claim they will send another one is been over 2 months fighting and over a month since they claim they will send another one ..

Horrible customer response. They sent a shirt... too small. I have sent multiple emails like 7 to 8 trying to reach a settlement somehow.... no response

SCAM. I ordered orthopedic sneakers with the description saying they were a premium leather upper with nonslip rubber sole and orthopedic support for lots of walking. What I got was a cheap pair of plastic covered foam with a hard as a rock footbed and hard plastic sole. Not what I expected at all. When I emailed to return with photos they said I would be responsible for $40-50 shipping back to Asia. I paid $45 total. Or the other option was 50% refund. I deserve a full refund for something completely different from what I ordered! This is a complete SCAM. Dont buy from this place!

How is this company allowed to operate. They are registered as a UK company yet they expect customers to send returns to China. An absolute scam.
My order arrived 4 weeks late. I tried to cancel it after the first week but they said it was in transit so I could not cancel. When it arrived I thought it was a joke. No company with any standing would present the item I received as something anybody would wear. I am taking this further and I would ask Trust Pilot to forbid the use of it's logo on their site

If I could leave negative stars I would. A complete Chinese scam website. Dress arrived and was sold as hand croched but was 100% polyester and extremely poor quality chinese made. Do not BUY!!!!

This company is spam never received good for, hiking gear don't use can't find emails to dispute it

This is a scam, I never received my order after they told me it would arrive in days. You can’t get in contact with no one and you can’t find any login information

Don’t use, company makes it impossible to return items to China, because it won’t give you the info you need to return it.

I give 0 stars as well. My story is the same as a lot of the other customers. It’s has been over a month and still have not received nor any updates. As soon as I messaged for a cancel and refund same thing the site was no longer available to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HUGE SCAM.

I made an order and they took my money and SOON AFTER blocked my email idk how they can get away with this but I will be reporting them
