UPDATE--they sent me the same form reply they send everyone... i DID contact that address, and they NEVER REPLIED, and I DID use the form, but as I noted they NEVER EVER sent a confirmation email despite many tries...

another thing to note about these wretched deceitful bottom feeders is all their positive reviews are by people with ONE REVIEW!!! LMAO!!! They think you are too stupid to see this. They lie coming and going. Their reply was as fake as their positive reviews. Please follow my lead and report them to your attorney general, the Federal Trade Commission, and everywhere else. Veribadpages is a scourge upon human decency.

What a horrific nightmare

this info scraper bottom feeder has put our safety in real danger and their phone service is a fraud, they do not reply and have an outgoing message during business hours to call back during business hours.... their online opt out form never sends a confirmation email..... their "removal" email address they publish bounces back..... finally got one email address to work and this foul, rotten, liar company sent me a reply to use the online form and not ask them for help... so they did not even read my note that their online form does not work, nor anything else....

there are a lot of these privacy invader rotten companies, but the others actually have functions for removal.... veripages is the worst of the worst and all of the Better Business Bureau community of consumers need to know just how fraudulent, dishonest and replete with wrong, time-thieving garbage their wretched web site is...

Veripages is a data broker refusing to remove my data. This is a corrupt and dishonest company. Be ware!

Veripages website refuses to take my information down after multiple opt-out requests on their site and them saying they would. I resorted to paying a data removal company but Veripages has ignored my requests through Incogni Data Removal as well and they do not answer my calls and have blocked my email.
Sites like this should be illegal and I just contacted my State Rep (family friend) who encouraged me to contact the Attorney General so I did.
I was informed that my states AG office is already looking into these types of sites after tons of complaints .
They asked me if I was willing to come in for a quick deposition and I said GLADLY.
I suggest everyone else contact your local politicians and do the same.

I have tried for over a month to deal with this company and get my name and information off their site without any success. It is impossible to reach them by phone. They say to leave a message and call back but they don't. I have supplied them with everything they asked me for and still they have not removed my information. I most like we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The information on their site is mostly incorrect. This is a horrible company.

Complete rip off. Paid $20 something for a single report. They make you think they are compiling all this info on a person. When I get the report, NOTHING. Literally says they found no information on the person. Crooks. Avoid at all costs!

UPDATE #3: Trustpilot is telling me that Veripages wants all my personal information (full name, email, and phone number) and if I don’t provide that then Trustpilot might delete my review. It’s unfortunate that Trustpilot would require this. I will not provide it. If my review stays up, then Trustpilot left it up with out my providing the info.

UPDATE #2: IF Veripages ever removes my data, I will update my review to let everyone know. I’m not holding my breath. If my review disappears, it’s because Veripages was able to get it taken down. See update #3.

EDITED TO RESPOND TO VERIPAGES: I have emailed you at that address numerous times. You have only responded once with a canned response on why you will not remove my information. You are fake liars and unethical.

Veripages is the most unethical of all the data broker sites. They refuse to remove people’s information, giving one reason or another why they cannot, if they respond to you at all. Other data sites remove your information in a day or two. Veripages will take weeks or months in the hope that you will give up, and then they still won’t remove it.

They respond to all their negative reviews making it sound like they are sorry and will actually help you, but don’t believe them. It’s an act. They won’t remove your information and have no interest in doing so.

They are crooks and unethical. Their parents didn’t raise them right. They taught them nothing matters as long as you make money, despite who you might hurt. These are very shady people who are on the wrong side of history. One day these data broker sites will be illegal and their grandchildren will be ashamed their grandparents worked at such a company, making money by putting people at risk.

The positive reviews are obviously fake and were created by Veripages themselves.

Sites like this can be used to find the addresses of people and family member names for stalking. They also show your current age which can result in job age discrimination so I do not support this site.

Like a lot of folks, I'm trying to remove my listing.

However after contacting their removal and support email addresses and using the removal link, "inner/control-privacy" several times, my profile still remains on their criminal/stalking enablement website.

The tracking codes generated each time I try to remove my information are invalid and throw an error that my request can't be completed. I reached out to support and the only reply was from an unhelpful person who condescendingly said that I was supposed to use the token instead of my email. Hey incompetent support person, I did use my token -- maybe you should read more carefully.

To top it off, my partner also requested for his information to be removed. While his original listing was removed, a new listing with some of his past addresses was made the next day.

I'm reporting them to the FCC, FTC, and State Attorney General.

*If you scroll through all the negative reviews, they have an automated reply that they give every person that routes you to the same useless email that doesn't fix anything. What a joke this company is. They're going to be reported for sure.*

How would the managers of veripages feel if someone posted their personal information that they don't want public on the Internet. I bet their own personal information is not listed on their website. It has been over a month, and I have submitted multiple opt-out requests which states an email link will be sent to click on, but I haven't received it not even in spam mail. Instead of resolving the issue by manually deleting my information since their opt-out form is not working, their support email just sends me the same opt-out form to fill out over and over again.

Their opt out process is broken and they refuse to fix it. They are in violation of CCPA.

Edit: You are completely full of it. Your process is broken. I fill out your form and it says it will send an email that never comes. Fix it.

I have tried multiple times to remove our information on their site for me and my husband. We cannot get to the URL to remove it but can clearly see our information is listed. I keep getting the info how to remove the information however there is never a URL to do so. I have tried through Google as well and Veripages denied it. This is clearly a scam and a fraudulent site. I'm trying to remove my information from their stupid site as well as their clone sites like wellnut.com, veriforia.com etc. They keep saying they will send emails, but the emails never arrive. Their process is clearly broken, but they won't fix it. I've tried calling them, but they never pick up or call me back.

They refuse to take my info down even after completing the opt out page. They now no longer even have an opt out page. Very dangerous for people who have stalkers. Stalkers can find you with a simple search of your name and city.

Company does not remove personal listing upon "opt out" request. Tracking I.D. number states removal when in fact it still remains on their site. File complaints with State Attorney General office and BBB.

I have demanded the immediate and permanent removal of my personal information from this website, veripages.com. Despite repeated attempts to have this data removed, my personal details—including my full name, date of birth, age, cell number and current and prior addresses continue to be published on the site, posing an ongoing privacy and safety threat. I have gone through your “opt-out” process on 3 separate occasions. Each time, I received confirmation that the listing had been removed. Yet, my information continues to reappear. I have also sent emails to their support team and left multiple voice messages, none of which have resulted in permanent action or a proper response. This pattern of disregard for my requests is unacceptable and negligent. This ongoing exposure of my personal data is not only deeply distressing due to safety concerns but also a serious violation of my privacy. Pick up your phone and assist callers that do not want their private info disclosed.

As most others, I have also tried to have my information removed. I've followed all the instructions along with emailing support & removal email addresses provided. As of now, I will give one star based on the fact I believe this to be a scam. If they reply and remove my information, I will come back and update this review

I'm trying to remove my information but when they say they sent me an email to continue the removal process they don't actually send an email. I have tried multiple times and an email never comes in. I emailed their customer service and got no response. I don't know what to do next.
