Do not get conned by this company likeI did! They are not affiliated with teatro la fenice, they are a separate agency and charge €50 expenses to book through them! They are not upfront about this!
I booked tickets for wheelchair access and they said that they had spoken to the venue and organised this but they hadn't, so when I arrived on the day I was told I'm not allowed in my wheelchair. Eventually after a distressing back and forth they allowed me in my wheelchair but I had to climb several stairs and my partner had to carry the wheelchair up the stairs, we were given no help.
We weren't allowed in the seats we booked (which according to their seat diagram are supposed to be accessible- they were not) so again we had problems and had to be moved elsewhere. This really distressed me and upset my experience. We later found out that they do have a ramp to access the building, but I was told they don't like to use it. This was so frustrating, staff were really obnoxious and ignorant towards us, and they said that because we used an agency to book they didn't know a wheelchair user was coming. The agency had told me that they had communicated with the venue, but this was obviously a lie!
I feel like I had a really bad experience at the opera, and I had done everything right booking in advance and telling them I was a wheelchair user, the agency just didn't pass this on. We also had to pay for more expensive seats that were labelled as 'accessible' not only were we moved from those seats, but they weren't even accessible as they were up several flights of steps.
