I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. If you notice all of the five star comments is for a great customer service. This casino has one of the lowest RTP’s I have seen. When I signed up I went through few deposits before hitting anything. I wish I never played again. I have played through a thousand in the last 3 weeks and I literally had one bonus that paid me $50
Just today, I have deposited totally of $400 and only had one bonus that paid me $20. It’s impossible to even win your deposit back. I understand that is a game of chance and I’m not expecting to win thousands every time I play, but when I play through hundreds with no bonuses that tells you that casino is just scamming people. No one should play through hundreds without any winnings back. I will be reporting the site. Most of the new sites are simply scammers that found a loophole in the law to steal money from us. Not to mention they are charging outrageous fees on each deposit, they charged me extra $20 to deposit $300, none of the other sites does this and I use same card for all of the online casinos I use.

This place is great. You get a gem drop every hour. Normally .50-3.00$. The support is super fast to get to your questions. I haven’t been able to cash out yet so I can’t really say how fast that is! But I will update as I progress through this in the weeks to come.

Ive been playing at Vegasgems for about 2 months now. Out of 90% of the sweeps casinos this one has amazing customer support service and pretty fast about fixing the issue. Today I opened my Daily cases and well my winnings never showed into my account. That’s never happened so i waited 25mins or so and logged out and back in and still nothing. I hate having to reach out to support because well they all are slow at responding or i have to wait for a email and with all the junk mail i get I forget all about the issue till its to late or whatever. Today it was nice i messaged support waited 2mins and someone was typing back lol… omg! So yes right then and there they deposited my coins i had won no questions, no screenshots, just like that in my account… I have not won anything big yet but it does have a lot of fun slots to pick from and best so far fast support help and very nice..

Customer service is always so friendly and they definitely reward their loyal players. It’s not hard to win either! So far I don’t think I have one bad thing to say about this site. :)

The fact that this place isn't as mainstream as Mcluck (McSuck) or other not to be mentioned, blows my mind. But then again, it makes sense when you're a business trying to provide the best service, rather than just great marketing.

Using friendly, welcoming, and nostalgic cartoon characters and styles, will fool you into thinking (if you're not aware) that McSuck really wants you to win and take his money. So that's where their money goes (not just them, but that of others as well.)

Vegas Gems is a breath of fresh air. As you may already know and experienced, at othe venues, they mostly resort to invading your nostalgic pleasures from childhood, and once ithry have you locked in, their customer support isn't as bright and colorful. They are completely lacking the welcoming spirit. It feels as though you're trying to speak with the bouncer of an underground nightclub, who's never met his father or had affection from his mother.

Here at Vegad Gems, however, just ask for H3pey! Not once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time, or returning my questions with a counter question, exclusivrly aimed with the intent on making me feel inferior.

Their games are fair, and what's more, you can akways check for yourself. There's no more feeling or gut instinct telling you that there is some tiny midget on some other part of the world, watching and manipulating the outcome of your games to his benefit. Here, you have the actual server and seeds provided for your own private viewing. That way you can rest assured, that whoever is trying to work the game against you, is equally as dumb as you are (easy there sensitive Sally, it's just a joke.)

All in all, Vegas Fems by and large has been my greatest social casino experience, and strongly urge you to give it a try. They have this harmless little $5 shard package you can buy (you're actually welcomed with free ones when you sign up), that way you can see for yourself why Vegas Gems is the next best social casino to hit the market.

I’ve played a lot of casino games, and usually come to the same conclusion about them all, one word “scam”. I am happy to say that Vegas Gems does NOT fall into that category. I’ve only been playing on their site a short while and I’ve cashed out $503.00, and $160.00, but get this, the $160.00 was off of .86 FREE PLAY! yes, you read that right. That’s has NEVER happened to me before on any other site. Give em a shot, you won’t regret it if luck is on your side. Oh yea, fast one day (usually) cash outs!

They never cashed me out. Customer service wouldn't listen and would only repeat the same things to me, witch was only to send the chat. I finally gave up trying to get paid today. And now I'm just trying to let ppl know. Because after research and asking others who played there had been many other ppl who haven't been paid also
