Got the DREAMLINER Premium Massage chair. Am big guy so the 150kg weight limit made me feel this a sturdy chair. Need not have worried. Mo was very reassuring into getting me into a chair which suits me from telephone only. Showroom to far away. Fast delivery HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Premium 2 man delivery. Got up 3 flights of stairs spending long time de assembling to get through my narrow door. WOW blown away, had lower back pain, using every other day I have gained stronger areas around where I usually ache and makes this BEST PURCHASE for a long time. 3 years guarantee is reassuring and the company care about their customers. Superb high quality massage chair supplied by VComfort. The service provided has been excellent. From initial order through to delivery they have been highly professional and always willing to help and advise.

I was a bit cautious about v comfort at first, but be assured they are excellent. Their showrooms may not be up to the standard of high street stores but the service is much better than most, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to answer all my questions about the massage chairs. They have a good range of chairs and they are good quality. They delivered and set up on the day promised and the delivery guys were great. Even after delivery when I asked questions they were always helpfull and quick to reply. If your concerned about parting with quite a large amout of money with a primarily online company, as I was, dont be. There are several ways to to pay without paying the full amount up front, I arranged to pay the full amout after delivery. The chairs are good, and you really need to try them first , I spent a lot of time doing this and special thanks to Saif for all his time and help with this. I've had my chair a few weeks now and I love it, tried a lot of the preset massages and had no problems. All in all a great range of chairs, great service and in my experience a company that can be trusted.

I honestly couldn't recommend Vcomfort enough! If you're in a market for any kind of a massager, look no further. Their products are the highest quality and the customer service they provide is literally out of this world. I've had a small hiccup and their customer service team, literally got back to me within like an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! That's not something you can expect nowadays! Really enjoying my massage chair, particularly the 20 minute stretch programme. It has really helped to keep my back problems at bay. I use my chair 1-2 times every day, and my parents have used it when they have visited. My mum reported a noticeable improvement to her hips and back after just 2x20 minute massages. Best prices on the market, and trust me I really shopped around. My advice is to treat yourself, it will the best gift you ever buy for yourself. It was for me. Thank you VComfort.
