bought both Manhattan and City wallets - LOVE
I needed to replace my 15 yr old tri-fold beaten up fossil. After a lot of wallet homework on YouTube for minimalist wallets, I liked the functionality and price point (compared to some brands whose starting points are $90). I spend my Summers and Xmas/NYear in Europe, so why not have dedicated wallets for each (the money sizes are different). So I ordered both. Vaultskin sent me an email to verify by asking me if I am sure I want both because the Manhattan is for US/Canada and City for Europe/Intl bills (I suspect many aren't aware), and that the City may take a while because it is shipped from Europe. I said yes I want both and that I was traveling to Europe in 10 days. They offered to expedite the wallets to make sure I received my wallets in time to use in Europe. THANK YOU. I got them 2 days ago, and LOVE them both. I went with the Matte Blue for the Manhattan, and it looks and feels and smells even better than I thought. For the City, I went with traditional brown wallet color, as they only had 3 color options, all in traditional colors (I would have gone blue here as well). The City appears too short to fit any bills, but this is deceiving. It fits all my Euros, Turkish Liras, and British pounds. It looks and feels and smells amazing. I haven't used either of them in the real world yet, but they fit my money and I only carry around 4-5 cards, and everything fits perfectly without looking or feeling stuffed. Both fit nicely in the front pocket (although the Manhattan feels bigger because it is longer to accommodate american bills). Love the wallets, love the price (I paid $42 for each), and especially love the customer service. Thank you Vaultskin.

Useful and stylish
I have had so many compliments about my Victoria iPhone case. Now I no longer struggle to find my phone when it rings, and when I want to take a quick photograph it is always to hand. When it’s time for a phone upgrade I will definitely be back for another case. The guys at Vaultskin were so helpful, delivery was foc, altogether a great experience.

great customer service, poor experience
I was sent the wrong order twice before finally receiving the correct one. It’s not a bad wallet, but the cards I have stick to the inside every time I use it, which makes it difficult to get them out.

Poor customer experience.
The ethos of the company appears to be one of seeking excellence in the design and manufacture. They seem to have forgotten about customer service. I ordered a product, but was not informed that it is out of stock in the UK. It seems to be coming from Germany, but no trace of any progress. Never had this problem with Bellroy products! Looks like others have had the same poor Vaultskin service.
