I had an issue with my wallet and it was still covered by warranty. Reached out to customer service and they responded within hours, sending me a replacement wallet. Now that's great customer service - very impressed!

I absolutely adore this card! I was a concerned about scammers potentially stealing my information from my my card. But since I got this one, I’ve been using it non-stop! If they invested as much time and money into the quality control of the product as they do the packaging, it would be better. Brassware on wallet is marked. Good job they were on offer on their site - otherwise at full price this would have been returned

Chelsea Wallet
I’ve owned the Chelsea wallet for the past seven years, and it’s been fantastic. I typically carry 7–8 cards, and this compact wallet has been the perfect fit. The two exterior pockets provide quick access to my most used cards, while the pull tab in the middle compartment makes retrieving the rest easy and convenient.
After years of daily use, the pull tab recently snapped which I think is understandable after seven solid years. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly courteous and helpful. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement wallet at no charge.
Overall, I highly recommend the Chelsea wallet, and Vaultskin as a brand, for their thoughtful design and outstanding customer support.

Final review after trip to Italy: Perfect for cards and euros I decided to carry. Comfortable in any location, but too small for my day to day needs here in the states. It will be my preferred wallet for travel.

I’ve had mixed feelings about Vaultskin products. While their minimalist designs and leather quality are great, some issues stand out—like stiff sliders and weak magnets in the phone case or tricky card slots in wallets. Delivery was prompt, though. Overall, not bad, but they could improve functionality given the premium price.

This is my second review i didn’t give details about the service that I got from Vaultskin I ordered a phone case wallet for my iPhone I made a mistake on my order now this was doing Christmas and I was worried about getting my order on time for Christmas well I got my order before Christmas but it was the wrong case it didn’t fit my phone so I sent Vaultskin a email and to my surprise they sent me a email right back telling me don’t worry MR. Banks we will get right on top of this matter and send you another at no cost and don’t worry about sending the other one back and with in a week I had a brand knew phone case Wallet in the mail I was so happy and overwhelmed. That’s what I call. Good customer service so from that day on, I said, I will be shopping with Vaultskin online with no problem now that how I like to be treated because I understand that they didn’t have to replace the phone case but they did.
