We needed my husband's test results as everyone else had received them and he had not. We called and got right through without all the normal rig-a-m-roll you usually get when calling now a days. We spoke with a pleasant young lady named , Jo Alice, she found his negative results right away and put our mind a ease.

My Experience with Vault
My experience with Vault was incredible. The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous. The facility was kept clean, and every effort was made to prevent the spread of covid by giving new masks and sanitizing the table as soon as people finished using them. I mistyped incorrect information and called the service-line a few hours later when I realized my mistake. I was immediately greeted by kind employees who assisted me with my mistyped information without difficulty.

Today I was left in the waiting room over 20 minutes
Today I did my weekly covid test for work and was left in the waiting from for close to 20 minutes, I had to call the customer service for her to return to my zoom call. When she finally did come back she did not even apologize, this was unacceptable as I have been completing this testing weekly and have always finished within 10 minutes.
Excellent job.

I had received a saliva test kit and…FR# was invalid
I had received a saliva test kit and found out that the FR# was invalid, so I contacted Vault Health to see what was wrong. Within a few mins they had gotten back to me and had my issue fixed so I could continue with my test. Thank you for being so efficient in your customer service!
Very helpful
My agent, Jill, was very professional and helpful. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because it took a while to get my issue of a non-registered test kit resolved, and required a call-back from the agent. Took over 30 minutes. I know that this was not her fault, as she was waiting on an answer from her team. But she did follow up ASAP.

State funded tests
We live in NH, where the Vault at home COVID tests are sponsored by the Dept of health. I had ordered tests before for my family of 4 and when I went to reorder for my family the kid accounts kept prompting me to add a credit card for payment. I reached out to customer service and was quickly helped out with tests ordered for me. Communication time and responses were fabulous. Thanks
