Great customer care
I called with questions about my test results Friday night. I received a Vail back the next morning from a very knowledgeable team member. Although she did let me know that you was unable to comment on anything related to medicine she was able to answer all the questions and address my concerns. In addition to my original question she helped me with another concern I had with ordering a test. She stayed on the phone with me until she was certain that all links were sent to me and that I had received them. I never felt rushed in the conversation and by these end I was confident in the information I had received.
