This company is misleading you from the start. Their URL is vault capital LLC, and they claim to be from Miami Florida, well I have bad news for them - I was and I am the legal owner of Vault Capital LLC In Miami Florida, where this company claims to operate out of. Due to a clerical error The state of Florida only in late September Listed my company as inactive, involuntary, and that is being remedied as I just learned of it a couple of hours ago. I’m extremely disquieted to see that this New York company, has listed on their website and address in Miami Florida. They do not have the rights to vault capital LLC in Florida - And I was recently, and by recently I mean earlier today, served with court documents that I believe are their responsibility, Has literally nothing in there made sense as it applied to me, And I do not think it’s a coincidence that three other companies were name that I have never heard of that are based out of New York as well. Pretty neat trick these guys pulled. I will not see my good name Paul through the mud, cannot claim to be a Florida company using the exact corporate name down to the legal structure with some bogus address if you’re based out of New York and it doesn’t matter if you’re based out of here you cannot use my companies name and say you’re based out of Florida, period. Very misleading, quite possibly illegal, I’ll have to talk to the attorney tomorrow but the second I saw this I had to post this. I can tell you that in the state of Florida, if a company goes inactive you still cannot use their LLC, I filed years ago, I am a former principal ambassador and owner, I can guarantee you that, I would not do business with these people, they’re not on the up and up in my opinion as they are misleading you for the start, I don’t care what the other reviews say, professional companies do not do stuff like this. You don’t just take another company’s name, doesn’t work like that. I’ll be coming for them, in the meanwhile in the meantime, please be warned, if they’re breaking these sorts of rules, New York company that’s claiming it’s from Miami that’s using a registered Florida LLC name as their own, which i think may very well be illegal and is, at the very least, intentionally misleading in my opinion, well I don’t know What else they are up to, but I would not stick around with them to find out, That’s just my way of seeing it.
