The £280 I paid for visa application assistance was not initiated. Vatican literally did nothing. My money was taken without rendering any assistance they claimed. I have to pay all over at the Spain visa application center. It will be good if my money be refunded but if I did not get my money back, then................

The person who’s been in touch with me on WhatsApp couldn’t answer my questions efficiently. Sometimes I doubt whether he or she really understands the process of visa application.

I'm upset about the price increase from €100 to €140 in just a few days, which has left me disappointed. I had planned to apply for myself and 4 to 5 friends, but when I discovered the price hike, I was shocked. It's disappointing to see such a sudden change only for BLS appointment not even any services . 👎👎

The company took £100 from me, and when i went for appointment, tgey charged me £70 more as a premium fee, that was just untolerable

The workers take their time to explain every step to you and makes you to be optimistic. The only problem I had with some was because of communication barrier. But nevertheless I am happy with their services and their manner of approach.

We had a deal that you will see all of my documents and make an appointment for the embassy.I said that I will arrange my documents, hotel booking, flight booking etc.I told you to know me when I should arrange all of the necessary documents.But, you guys sent me an email about the required documents the day before my appointment.At that moment I replied that should I book my flight now or later?But nobody response me.When the day came,one of your employee respond that yes.While it was 2 hours remaining for the appointment. I was very disturbed. Than he told me if I want to change the appointment date than i have to pay again £100.That was really unacceptable while it was not my mistake.After that I wanted to contact with him.I cald him more than 10 times and text but he did not replay.From my experience, you are not a good agency.

Despite being charged costs, I did not receive any significant service or benefit. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disappointed. I regret to say that I cannot recommend your services to others based on my experience.

Very fast and efficient. Were always present to answer my questions in a timely manner. I just wasnt told about the extra fee when booking outside of the BLS website (in addition to the Vatikan fee and the visa fee). However, it was completely worth it!! Ive been trying to get my schengen visa for about a year and no luck with appointments. Definitely recommend Vatikans as I already do to my friends.
