VASHI STOLE MY ENGAGEMENT RING

Sent my fiancées ring off to be repaired, confirmed delivery at the store and have been dealing with liquidation firm and they have confirmed it wasn't part of the assets found. Can see from below other people are in the same position as me, liquidators provide zero help and just say to go through insurance. Insurance say its "Accidental Loss" so wont cover it. Thanks Vashi for adding unnecessary stress to the already stressful process which is sorting a wedding.

My engagement ring was in the convent garden store being repaired.
Found out by googling as realized something wasn’t right. Is anyone in this situation does anyone know how to get the ring back?

They stole our money!

Went in to liquidation and has taken our money! We ordered our wedding rings and were guaranteed they'd be ready for our wedding day. But instead they've gone bust and not said anything about our money.

We saw this coming months ago when they…

We saw this coming months ago when they failed to produce items we had ordered for our wedding and gave no credible excuse at the time. Just pleased we cancelled the orders and demanded our deposits back. I feel sorry for those now who may lose deposits etc. and also the staff.

Missing ring... Defective engraving machine... hopefully there are no more issues.

Positive: The staff in the Covent Garden shop have always been very nice and apologetic.

Negative: A few weeks after buying two wedding bands I received an email asking me to set up an appointment to collect them. When I arrived to the shop only one of them was available. As you can imagine I was NOT happy at all. After a few investigations staff in the shop told me that the other ring was still being worked on and that they made a mistake when contacted me as only one was available, however they were initially not even sure which of the two rings I had received!! Fortunately a week later I got the second ring, as it was still not completed they allowed me to change the finishing (from polished to brushed).
Three months later I went to get the rings engraved. Keeping the story short... the engraving machine was not calibrated correctly, or it was broken, and the dates on the rings looked blurry and had some weird gaps (similar effect to when a printer is running out of ink). I was told they didn't know how long it would take to fix the engraving machine and so we left the rings in the store as the engraving needs to be removed and done correctly (we are not really in a hurry but I really hope this problem is resolved in one or two weeks).

I really hope that these two incidents that I experienced are very rare cases, and that I was just the unfortunate customer that I got problems in the two steps (purchase and engraving) of the process. As it stands, I am afraid I wouldn't be able to recommend them, even less if you have a tight deadline.

Top tier and truly personal customer…

Top tier and truly personal customer service. The staff are extremely friendly and made the experience of purchasing an engagement ring a very personal and engaging experience. Ymer and Louis were the staff members that assisted me in my consultation. Both were very professional and easy to talk to, maintaining a friendly interaction. The store is very welcoming and relaxing. At no point was it intimidating like other high-end jewellery stores. I had an extremely positive experience.

10/10!

Working with Anil in the Covent Garden store was a great experience from start to finish. We were only in London for a couple of days and Anil went above and beyond to ensure our engagement ring resize was completed on time. Highly recommend visiting in store for a welcoming and professional service.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We walked into Vashi on a busy Saturday as we were looking for wedding rings. Whilst browsing Cesar came over to talk to us about some of the options for the rings we liked and also helped us determine ring sizes, even though we hadn't booked an appointment. He was incredibly helpful and sent over some quotes within a few days. We then booked an appointment a couple of weeks later to finalise everything, as we had fallen in love with the ring we saw there. Cesar had ensured we had a selection of 3d printed models of different thicknesses for my fiance to try, so that he was able to pick the best one. We ordered our rings and are very excited for them to arrive, especially as the price includes the cost of engraving plus resizing and cleaning when needed. Overall a very positive experience thanks largely to Cesar - he is attentive, thoughtful, and organised and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

Engagement ring ordered and diamond…

Engagement ring ordered and diamond sourced in December from Covent Garden Store. We had already been messed around from Canary Wharf store after agreeing on a diamond then they went quiet on communications. Agreed delivery/collection date of 28th January. Zero communication, tried chasing multiple times and no satisfactory response. The date was non negotiable from us and full amount paid. Do not bother with Vashi if you want your order on agreed date. We now have the painful process of trying to recoup our money.

All around excellent, we'll be back!

We bought a beautiful engagement ring from Vashi Covent Garden in December 2022. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Louis was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful - when we walked into the shop he patiently showed us lots of different rings and listened to our likes and dislikes. He helped us find the perfect ring and is a great part of our engagement story! Even better that the ring arrived weeks ahead of schedule and allowed us to get engaged just before Christmas. We can't wait to go back and work with Louis again to find our perfect wedding rings.

I popped into the Covent Garden store…

I popped into the Covent Garden store with a ring I'd bought 5 years ago. The central stone setting required tightening. I didn't have an appointment, I just rocked up, after being greeted at the door, I had a nice coffee and chat, and 20 mins later my wife's ring was fixed and polished, all for free.Thanks for the truly unique service Wassila.

A great experience at Vashi

I had a wonderful experience at Vashi, particularly with Cesar who radiated with such positive energy, kindness and patience. I purchased these stunning diamond earrings, where Cesar explained their details and undestood my vision in finding the perfect pair. Perfect service

We took our wedding rings and my engagement ring for our complementary care and engraving service. The rings have always been beautiful and great quality, as has Vashi's service. Cesar was attentive and friendly, and took great care that our desired engraving was done correctly. We had our rings back very quickly and they look brand new.

We were working with time constraints but the team at Vashi especially Cesar went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we got our dream rings. The rings and service we received exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier!

Cesar reached out prior to our instore consultation and even via email and WhatsApp, he's excellent service shone through.

When I arrived at the instore consultation, Cesar was eagerly waiting and greeted me at the door. I've never felt so welcome. He proceeded to take me on a tour of the beautiful, immaculate and unique Covent Garden store.

The process was made easy and thoroughly enjoyable, I highly commend Cesar and entire team at Vashi.
